The service was very good and the atmosphere was ok. I gave a four star because the salads and wings had far too much sauce and dressing, flooding the plates and overwhelming the flavor of everything. Next time, we'll ask for the dressing on the side! However, when we complained, they offered to replace everything and even took some items off the bill.

We stopped there to eat and it was not busy but took almost two hours for our food then the kids got the kids Alfredo and it was dry they asked for more and they wanted to charge me for extra like put more sauce on it for the kids she got nasty with me when I asked are you short staff she said no so y does it take almost two hours for food this place definitely went down hill won't be going back fries were cold waste of money

Once we were seated, it took 45 minutes from the time the waitress took our order until the food arrived. There was no silverware, so we notified the waitress again, and she said she would get some for us right away. 10 minutes later we went and got our own. The food, when it originally arrived had been sitting under a heat lamp for some time. My wife's chicken and mashed potatoes were cold and the potatoes had that hard glossy film they get when they've been sitting. Her plate was also very hot (they had nuked it). Her chicken was dried out and tasteless, she didn't eat it. I had that all you can eat riblettes they been advertising. Have way through my first plate I requested a refill. 45 minutes after I had finished the first group, we left. The refill is probably still being cooked. Go to the Applebee's in Beaver Falls instead. Better food, better service!

My wife look like she got the kids meal, maybe 10 fries tops. Waitress stopped to get our payment left a dirty glass from another table at ours. Thanks for the COVID-19 Applebee's.Parking: Don't know why lot is full tables empty. Maybe it was all the people waiting to be seated.

We go there sometimes after working @ Amazon and the last few times we have had the best service by Imani.. She is very very good at her job, super friendly.. We love going there when she's working.. And the food is very good..
Did not like sitting near a party of 15 but my lady friend and my oldest high-school friend and I had a fine meal and cocktail. The waitress even had the cook remake my burger before service because it was cold.I will go back.
