The girl who took our order was friendly and knew her work well. Restaurant was clean , I’m not sure when the condiment pumps were removed but the employees forgot to ask us if we needed any sauces and we had to go back up and wait in line since no one was available to just ask for a few packets. I personally prefer the condiments be available to the customers so this type of thing don’t happen. Unfortunately by the time I got to sit and eat my food it was cold so it wasn’t very good sadly. I hope to return with a better experience.

Everytime I order a French dip Swiss sandwich, they never fail to forget the au jous dipping sauce. It is a dip sandwich and comes with dip. People don’t order a cheeseburger then elaborate and ask for cheese on their cheeseburger so I should have to ask for the dip to my dip sandwich. Highly annoyed that I am now home 20 minutes away and have yet again realized that they refuse to put a complete order together before handing the bag over

August 2024: The drive-thru IS OPEN!! I got super scared when I arrived to pick up my online order and saw the building like this, but no worries! DT is still functioning and our big other was prepared perfectly. Can't wait to see the upgrade soon!
