Big Shot Bob' House of Wings - Monaca

This is literally the best wing place I've been to. The boneless wings are big and breaded thickly, and the sauces are actually subtly complex. I also ordered a sub called the soldier, which may have been one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. I wouldn't go here if I was on a diet but for what they offer, they are the best

My first time ordering from Big Bob's. Im from the Buffalo NY area and am a bit of a wing snob desperately trying to find good wings outside of home. My daughter and I both agree that these wings were excellent. I got Hot honey and she got Napolean garlic. Both very delicious and fried perfectly. The delivery was fast and the food was hot. Thank Big Bob's. I will be returning and reccomnding.

I was so excited to try this place after a friend gave us their wings at a graduation party. But it was so disappointing.

The salad had literally no lettuce & 5 slices of tomatoes.....and a huge "glob" of melted cheese in the center. The seasoning on the chicken was too much & incredibly salty. I just threw it out.

The wings....just not good. Not as good as the first time we tried them. Even worse....hair. A hair was in the sauce.

I'm just so disappointed because it was so good the first time. Sooooo good.

Maybe this was an off day but I hope they recover. I heard the owner or the guy who runs it was not there & he's the really good cook. We'll have to try on his day.

I've gotten food here 20+ times and honestly don't have a single negative thing to say. Everybody is always nice. The ladies that work there definitely do a better job at communication but never had a problem with anybody. One time somebody placed a huge wing order and then no-showed to get them and they insisted I take the entire order on top of the one I ordered for free. I ended up finding at least three new amazing wing flavors I may have never tried because of that amazing deed.

Always love their wings when I get them. I wasn't aware it was dollar wing day and the person working let me know about that which of course made me buy more. So happy he told me about that. What a great experience I had. Thank you so much. Will definitely be going back.

Use to be my favorite spot to eat food up till December 11th,2023 I had caught norovirus and when I called the next day a employee had answered the phone and was rude and then I called again the next morning finally was able to talk to “one of the owners” and he was also rude said there was no way it could have been them I don’t eat no where or nothing that day but his wings and within 8-10 hours later I had a head ace and went to the er and was throwing up they tested me for that food poisoning born illness and I tested positive so be careful what you order and if u get sick no point in wasting your time trying to let them know also I was not rude I was letting them know I had gotten sick

The last three times I’ve come in here. I have ordered the same sub, and they have forgotten to put the gyro meat on it. So I decided to call and actually voice my opinion about it a guy answers the phone. I asked him if something changed about the sandwich that I’m not aware of. He proceeds to tell me “I don’t know” I said well I figure you would kind of know what’s on the sandwich he goes “I just answer phones” so then I ask him if he has a manager or somebody I can speak to to ask this question and he says “nope just me” I mean one would have to ask if he’s the only person there which I know he’s not, but let’s just say he was. How does he make food? If he doesn’t even know what comes on something the way he gives generic responses I doubt he can even read so it’s unlikely he can read from a screen what to put on it. As a longtime customer I just don’t know if I’m gonna bother going back at this point that kind of rudeness is just poor class of business.
