Beyond belly happy with the pastrami reuben burger with killer house fries. Excellent staff, friendly, cool salt of the earth people. Wish i had a scented candle of the parking lot smells 😁

Second time eating at Bowser's was a huge disappointment, we had fish salad and fish sandwich, both came with fries , both dinners weren't any good , the fish was smelly, salad was frozen and rotten, fries were cold and old like reheated but cold .
It was also kind of expensive for what we got .
Not sure if there use different Cooks throughout the week but based on this dining experience we won't go back .

Open your car door, and you know immediately: This place knows how to smoke meat! There's nothing fancy here. Just great food, great service, and eclectic draft beer choices. My favorite is the pork grilled cheese with the simple BBQ sauce. Fantastic, and it's enough for 2 very tasty meals. Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

The waitress was great on the phone and the food was done fast- within 15 minutes. My partner said the sandwich was too small for the money but it was good. My salad was delicious but I would have loved a few tomatoes or a small bit of a different lettuce mixed in with the ice burg. Very good meal though

I travel all over the world for work and am currently working in the area. Finding a good spot for food is a must everywhere I go. We found this place on a Monday night for the smoked wings special. WOW. I really don’t have any other way of describing it. The food is absolutely delicious, the servings are gigantic, and the prices are extremely affordable! The staff and service is top notch, friendly, and very quick. Highly recommend to anyone!!

Really friendly staff. The food was really good. They have two huge smokers. The brisket sandwich was good. They were out of smoked wings, but the fried ones were still good. They gave us four different barbecue sauces. They were all good. A traditional barbecue, a spicy and a sweet. I forget the Fourth.

Met my oldest boy here for drinks. Bartender was very nice. He was engaging, which is a plus.

Frys were delicious.

Never expected to be leaving this negative of a review, we ordered takeout and it was fast and we picked up everyone was friendly and we were excited to get back and eat, everything smelled great and looked even better, but hope was gone after the first bite, I got brisket and pork from the 2 meat platter and chilli fries meat was bone dry and the sweet sauce was straight vinegar, may as well have given us a gallon of distilled vinegar and sawdust, the fries were ok, coming from Ohio expecting some good food to be disappointed, city bbq puts this place to shame, I expected a restaurant that's not a chain to be incredible. I don't leave reviews ever but hopefully someone sees this before spending $35 to be as disappointed as my coworkers and I were, will be stopping at Wendy's on the way to work

I had the brisket and pork two meat plate with jalapeƱo creamed corn and baked beans. Both of the meat options were pretty good but, the side were great! The creamed corn is definitely worth trying.

Have been here a few times and each time has been great. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The prices are comparable to most other local returants and the quality of the food is fantastic. Definitely worth the stop, even if they are busy the food is worth it.

Started out great after seeing the reviews here… never expected to be writing this one.

Made my order online, after which the website gave me an eta of 45 minutes to pick up the meal.
Considering the way this food would have been prepared i figured it could be done faster but due to doubt, i decided to call and get a more accurate eta. The person who picked up the phone first, answered the phone with announcing the establishment and asking for name i wanted to place on my order. I may be nitpicking NOW, after the fact: what an idiotic assumption to think everyone who calls is ordering; price checks, opening/closing time verification, etc, are reasons other than ordering why people call a restaurant but, I digress.

I say to her ā€œ I already have an order, i placed it onlineā€ I gave her my name, told her it would be the name on the order, and then I asked: ā€œcould I be given an eta on the order so i can know when to leave home?ā€ Her response was an attitude filled withā€EXCUSE ME?!ā€, so i repeated myself. Before i could finish the question the second time i was hung up on.
I called back it seems she answered again but the voice sounded slightly different so I am not sure. The second person asked for assistance and eventually someone told me 20 minutes.
I did speak to a manager on said issue, and the manager was as ā€œrespectfully dismissiveā€ as can be; making me feel absolutely no less unwelcomed, unappreciated, or disrespected than i felt before walking in the building.

I held out hope for the food while standing in the old building that seems to really need a refurbishing campaign.
The smells from my bags were promising….. i was terribly misled.
All the flavors I smelled were on the fries….. the fries????
The Pulled Pork and Brisket were both very tender, moist, easy to go down on the palate.
The problem is, they were both as BLAND as can be, there was no seasoning at all.
To be fair we tried the meats without sauce, then with their ā€œsimple bbq sauceā€ and the sauce tasted like watered down BBQ sauce. We eventually used some sauce from our pantry which enhancer the flavors significantly. The fries, which were OVERSEASONED, got a bit of sweetness that overshadowed the seasoning just enough to make them bearable.
The meats became better after adding salt and pepper which tells me they definitely have them on the tables and if they dont, THEY NEED TO!

All in all this was my birthday meal…. I should’ve went to Smokey Bones…. Sadly the Robinson Branch closed and i didn’t feel the drive to Cranberry so here we are..

First time and last time to Bowsers.

Edit: Pics look great? Tell me you don’t know Bbq any better.
Perhaps not hanging up the phone on customers fixes the problem?
Or continue hanging up on customers, you’ll just continue to lose more.

Dropped to a one star🤣

Still won’t be back
