Your store in Monaca is terrible. Manager does not have enough people working. Waited half an hour just to get food, fries were ice cold. Don't go to that one.

I had usually frequented this BK before it was renovated. It was dirty then also. I figured the renovated one would be cleaner. It is not . Good food, good service, terrible housekeeping and cleanliness. Do better .

Nasty omg!! Threw it out!!! Breakfast burrito so gross the burrito tasted just like raw dough it gagged me!!! The insides were probably ok but they had sooooo much hot 🔥 🥵 😳 sauce of somekind on it that no way could anyone eat it i threw it out!! Why wouldn't they grill the burrito a lil' it was so nasty.

I do not recommend eating here. I'd give negative stars if it had that option.. Manger refused to give her name after I asked for it. The cook is just as ignorant. Failed to give correct items ordered, gave attitude about having to fix the order. Claimed she was going to shutdown the kiosks. Does not turn to acknowledge customers. We received our order after the guys who had ordered 10 min after us. ALL food restaurant employees should either have a hairnet or their hair in a ponytail. She wasn't even wearing the appropriate Burger King clothing.

An employee charged at me exclaiming that I couldn't get refills unless I paid for my drink. After telling him I did he continued to berate and question me. I showed him my cup and bag with the burger king logo on it and he still had the audacity to claim I didn't pay for it. After I told him I would show him my receipt, which would be definitive proof, all of sudden it was all fine. I showed him anyway and he continued to make rude remarks in the kitchen. Very unprofessional behavior.

Waited 15 min for someone to take my order. Only ordered 2 sandwiches which I guess was too much for the girl at the window. Took another 15 min to get our 2 sandwiches only to get met with rude glares. Then get home to the wrong food. I guess a whopper was out of their wheelhouse. It’s a shame. That used to be a good restaurant. This new crew is garbage. It’s a shame this will end up like the rest. Sad.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !! The biggest mess of a whopper I ever had. Cold over salted meat with bad lettuce on it. Girlfriend ordered classic wrap with no sauce with mayo on the side. Wrap has sauce and no mayo in bag. Staff was rude and didn't care. Won't ever be back.

I order a whopper with pickles and cheese and then I receive a whopper with cheese and ketchup and this isn’t the first time they mess up my order I should’ve known that was going to happen like at the drive thru they said this is burger what you want like I should’ve known I though it was going to be correct because on the label it says pickles and cheese then I open it it’s wrong
