Friendliest service I ever got from this place was from the new trainee today. Unfortunately the trainer thought it was acceptable to chew him out in the middle of taking my order. Extremely unprofessional

Brittni always hooks me up when I'm here!!! When I see her I know the food is gonna be bussin big time. She needs a raise because she keeps me coming back.
I got a large Ultimate fry with extra cheese today and it hit the spot

I’ve NEVER been here and I plan to but I’ve NEVER been to a Charley’s that wasn’t 5 stars. Don’t care what mood y’all was in and I’ve been to about 4 different cities. Same loving vibe same respectful and asks you what you need. If they miss something it’s your fault tbh. And I’m ALWAYS full there.

It was really good. Best Philly I've had in a long time. The service was great. Everything looked very clean. I highly recommend this place

Took forever to get my order like 20 minutes (or more) as they messed up other people's orders, including mine, but the staff were nice, I guess, and apologized for the inconvenience.

Food wise, the cheesesteak I ordered was really delicious but a bit salty for me. I like the fries and even enjoyed my drink.

Stood in line to get a lemonade for me and my coworker and whoever was working the register with blue hair thought her phone was more important so, we left and went elsewhere!

I went to grab some food as I approached the counter employee Terri was picking her nose, never washed her hands so yes I ordered and left the food there and will never return….

Had to toss out my sandwich. They must have forgotten the actual meat and just put the gristle on my sandwich. Nasty. First and only time I will try this place.

Just flat out rude. Unsanitary. If you’re looking for real food at the mall Build-A-Burger or the pizza shop is where it’s at. Beyond friendly and compassionate at those two establishments.
