Took forever to get my order like 20 minutes (or more) as they messed up other people's orders, including mine, but the staff were nice, I guess, and apologized for the inconvenience.
Food wise, the cheesesteak I ordered was really delicious but a bit salty for me. I like the fries and even enjoyed my drink.
Stood in line to get a lemonade for me and my coworker and whoever was working the register with blue hair thought her phone was more important so, we left and went elsewhere!

Just flat out rude. Unsanitary. If you’re looking for real food at the mall Build-A-Burger or the pizza shop is where it’s at. Beyond friendly and compassionate at those two establishments.

Great food I love the cheese fries
Extremely rude workers, 3 of them stood there for over 5 minutes and refused to take our order. I will never go here again
Great food and fast service
Very rude staff always seems to want you to hurry up and finish your order on top of that their bread always seems soggy and the fries are never fresh.
I always have a great experience here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the food is always good.
