Took forever to get my order like 20 minutes (or more) as they messed up other people's orders, including mine, but the staff were nice, I guess, and apologized for the inconvenience.

Food wise, the cheesesteak I ordered was really delicious but a bit salty for me. I like the fries and even enjoyed my drink.

The employees were very kind and helpful, and were amazing at their job and what they were doing and the sandwiches are very good would definitely come back again

Love the food one of my favorites. The staff here aren't overly pleasant but no biggie because they're always competent. Really upset by the fact that they switch the straws, I know petty right? The straws a large paper tubes with no paper or plastic outside, sitting on the counter under the face of every person that stands there and orders. IMO very disgusting and worth the star drop.
