We order through DoorDash and someone in the restaurant took our food and chipotle would not remake it. It was not door dash fault it was the restaurant let someone else take our food. Chipotle doesn't give a shit that I'm out $50

Unfortunately this store is absolutely disgusting. From the tables, to the floors, to the food bar. The employees are rude and have no care in the world. To top it off, sadly chipotle portions are lower then ever, the food was cold, and just a terrible experience as always lately. Wish we could go back to 2017 when chipotle was the best.

As a Doordash driver/ Uber Eats they have a nice rack where orders are ready within minutes if not already done.
Anybody that has dashed knows how appreciated that is when your making 7$ for 20 minutes of time, not including waiting

This restaurant always give really small portions for the protein consistently out of numerous times. they give you like a quarter of the meat that any other store does. from the staff, oh, rude generally. And don't care about things.The brand image. the store is pretty dirty and out of all the I've been there. I haven't seen anybody clean anything. corporate needs to be told about the terrible quality control in this store

So I got my granddaughter a quesadilla kids meal. In addition , I asked for an al a carte KIDS cheese quesadilla because she wanted 2 quesadillas. Easy, right? So we eat and I look at my bill and see I got charged for 2 kids chicken quesadillas meals! I go to register to inquire. The person there calls someone, possibly the manager, to ask about it. She said: we have no way to key in an al a carte item. I informed her I was just at the Moon township chipotle & they did it. She told me that they aren’t allowed to do that. Im like- so you charged me for another kids meal but didn’t give me an additional drink, chips, or 3 sides that come with a kids meal? Makes zero sense. She wouldn’t budge. So I said I’ll take an additional drink, chips, & 3 sides to go! I also said - I’m done with chipotle. Didn’t care. So bye and I can see why this fairly new chipotle has such a low rating.

i’ve tried ordering food on DoorDash from them three times never received my food once and never got a refund for any of my payments. so I went to the store to pick up food and somehow a bowl with chips was $27.99. Do not go here to save your life if this was the last place left on earth to eat I’d rather just parish
