Chipotle in Monaca went above and beyond for our son’s graduation party. Easy hassle-free online ordering. There was more than enough food for everyone and it was super fresh. They included serving utensils, making setup and serving convenient. The food was packaged very well and on time. Thanks Chipotle, you were a big hit at the party!

I suggest you all start making these bowls and things at home. My family are not big meat eaters so we get the veggie bowls. They are so stingy on food and make you pay more if you want extra. I literally paid $2 for a big bag with 20 chips in it ??. The guacamole had absolutely no flavor and the service sucks. Once I figure out how to make that spicy red sauce (only reason I really go) I won’t visit anymore.

Was nervous to order from here based off reviews but this is the location for DoorDash for me and I took a chance. Not sure if this is just a hit and miss location or they've done some improvements but my order was perfect. Timely, accurate, and generous portions!

Can this place close down so we can have something good instead? There is literally zero point for this Chipotle to even exist when you can go right up the street to El Paso and get actually good for for cheaper and just as fast. We ate here once and got bowls and they were almost all rice, barely any meat and it was so bland we couldn't even tell it was Mexican inspired food. If you want Mexican food, go to El Paso and get it from actual Mexicans who own a small business and live here and contribute to our area not some giant company that sells over priced bland BS.

Incredibly overpriced for what you get. You can go to Moes, crave or literally any Mexican restaurant and get much better quality food. While I was ordering, they went so fast and slammed everything in a bag that 80% of the chips were smashed and broken and they didn’t close the lid all of the way to one of the dishes and it leaked all over my car seat. The “queso” was solidified and cold and the peppers and onions were also undercooked and cold. I honestly do not understand why we got a chipotle here. They should have put in a moes

Overpriced for what you get and have to choose from, especially when compared to competitor Moe's! Starts off ok. Salad, bowl, burrito? Protein choices? The main difference is the number of toppings are limited and chips and salsa not included! Will not be back any time soon!
My daughter and I ate there today, dine in (between 3PM - 3:30PM). The employee that greeted us when ordering was pleasant and assisted us with explaining the choices. We did not feel rushed and the line moved efficiently. Checking out was easy. We went to sit down and there was not a clean table in the restaurant and there was food on various areas of the floor, along with paper products. I asked the young man at the cash register if he would wipe a table since they were dirty. He asked me to give him a moment (he was cashing out a customer). That was all fine until he approached the table with a dry napkin and gently wiped the crumbs from the table into a empty food container. He then said "sorry about that" and headed back to the cash register. A friendly young man with no concept of cleanliness. I then revealed to him that the table was dirty and asked him if he could please wash the table. He again began to approach the table with a dry napkin until I firmly asked for a disinfectant/cleaning spray. He then grabbed the bottle and suggested he was getting it. He was not getting it until I asked. The cleanliness of this restaurant will be it's demise. The food was very good; however, if the store is dirty then customers will not be inclined to eat at this restaurant. It did appear that the door dash/take out orders were very busy. A suggestion - add a person to the schedule to fill product and clean the restaurant. Rotate the staff to do it. I will say, the young man that thought he cleaned was very focused on his girlfriend, as we witnessed them kiss each other two separate times before she eventually got up from where she was seated, near the register, and left. There was another customer that commented to me how bad the restaurant looked and the lack of attention to it by staff. The girlfriend must have required the extra attention, maybe? I will not be back.

I always have to get extra meat cuz they never put enough on i ask for brown rice and always seem to get white rice. My order is always missing something. I order online because i cant stand to walk i. There and see all the trash piled high and dirty tables,floor, and countertops. But now i guess the employees dont know how to read either. Cant read, cant clean. What the heck can you do. This is ridiculous. And very very SAD!!. Please clean the store and hire people who can read english clearly thank you.
Parking: Always have parking cuz they suck anymore and not too many people come to the store. Most order online and that is horrible lately too.

I asked for fajita veggies and got literally 2 slices of pepper, and when I asked for more I got 2 more. Person making my bowl was rushing even though there was next to nobody in the restaurant or in line. I'm not going back to this location.

Double chicken burrito bowl was absolutely AMAZING, as it always is!! Service was fast, easy, and pleasant as it usually is at any of the Chipotle locations I've ever been to. Food was fresh and hot. Prices were also surprisingly decent, unlike almost everything everywhere else hiking their prices with this shit economy right now. So glad I don't have to drive an hour or more for my Chipotle fix no more!!
Apparently they cross-contaminate there food in the line, they know about it, they do nothing about it, you have to literally go in and watch every little thing they do to make sure your food is correct or they will mess it up ..if you have any issues you have to call 1800 chipotle and let me tell you this is a very frustrating thing that you have to do and even after doing it .you still have no food, you apparently don't get things right this way either....just freaking horrible experience...
