Edited as Dunkin responded-I was contacted and was reassured the food I was served was not old, just overcooked. They said they had a new employee and that this was a known issue that they were trying to resolve. I altered my review because the woman I spoke to was genuinely concerned and was extremely kind about the situation. As always, Dunkin' has the best coffee of any donut shop/quick-stop place around. The only problem is that with the best coffee and their Munchkins, and due to Covid, there's always a long line at the drive-thru... Of course, this isn't bad for the shop, but it does sometimes make it impossible to stick around long enough to get through the line. If you don't give yourself the extra time necessary, you're not going to get your coffee and donuts...plan...
