Never going to an eat n’ park ever again. First we sat down had to wait a bit which was fine, then our server, Bree came over and we ordered our food my mom asked for a meat lovers omelet with no ham like she always does, was told she can’t get it then er talked to a manager and he said it can be fine and he doesn’t know why she said that, then she came back to take our order and my mom said don’t argue with customers then she ran away into the kitchen and refused to take our order, than I’m the kitchen they were talking about how they always have problems with us, I knew none of the servers there, we left cause I’m not going to be treated like that than was waiting up front to talk to a manager again and she is about to come up front and she yells omg she’s standing right there and talks shit about me to host, talk to manager and he looks at me like I have 5 heads, called corporate and told them about the situation so unprofessional, never ever going back

While I understand, this is largely a DoorDash issue, there are also problems with Eat N Park. Order put in at 12:46pm. Soup, sandwich and pie. Parent had Covid and they needed food. The order was not delivered until 3:07pm. According to the FDA not only do food items need to be under a heat lamp or stored refrigerated, they need to be at a certain temperature. When I found out this order was going to be late. I asked DoorDash to reach out to the restaurant and ask them to remake the food. The restaurant denied making the food again and said I would need to take what they have. These items probably sat out at the limit of two hours, not even under a heat lamp or in the refrigerator. Just sitting out in the lobby. See pictures for reference. This has been reported to the health department.

Visiting area. This is a great go to Restaurant . Food fresh and hot. Salad bar is fresh and large selection. Soups are hot. Desserts are fresh. Love the coconut cream pie and peach pies. I highly recommend it.

Horrible service. Im sure they were understaffed, but even still… very slow, and our order came and not everything was right. Took forever for the correct food to come. The tables on either side of me had the exact same experience. One of the tables waited 20 minutes for drinks. I will never return to this location.
I had an issue with my order and the manager went out of the way to make it right. Very easy to talk to her, I forget her name but she was amazing thank you and your staff.

Typically the salad bar and breakfast buffet are two of the best options Eat'n Park has to offer. Unfortunately, at this location the past 1-2 times that we've gone, the quality of the buffets has been low, but that is something any restaurant can pick back up!
