For days now, there has only been 1 employee working the entire store. Severely disappointing to treat someone so unkindly. She was very sweet and gave great customer service, but no one should be opening and closing a store by themselves, cashiering, taking orders, making and prepping food by themselves. The quality of food was not great, tomatoes tasted rotten and there were hard pieces in my sub. The worker was incredible but shame on the franchisees for allowing 1 person to be overworked like that.

Understaffed. Came in here mid-afternoon on a Thursday as Firehouse Subs in my area are rare. No employees to run the counter with only one making subs. My time schedule didn't allow me to wait around to order, so I left and dined at the Chick-fil-A in the malls Food Court. Disappointing location.

I just showed up at this location right at 8:45pm and the lady working told me they’re closed. The hours of operation on the door and online says 9pm. I understand people want to leave asap but if this is the case then they need to change the closing time to 8:45pm. It’s just a better business practice

I placed an order online it was supposed to be done at 5:10. A couple people came in after me and ordered. When I asked about my order they said it was almost done. All the people that came in after me all got their food and left. I finally got my order at 5:30. For an order that was supposed to be done at 5:10 after ordering it far in advance, I shouldn’t have had to wait an additional 20 mins.

Ordering though the App was easy and fast. The food was fresh and excellent!!!

They refuse to serve customers past 8:30 even tho they advertise their open until 9. The manager was rude and didn’t seem to care about customer service. He only seemed to care about leaving at exactly 9. Don’t advertise if you don’t want to serve customers

The staff at the Monaca store are fantastic!!!! I can always count on quality food and friendly service. I go every Wed and they know exactly what I like and I am sure they are like that with every customer.

I’ve loved firehouse for years and got hooked on them when I lived in Florida. Every single firehouse I’ve ever been to has always been upbeat and friendly but this location makes you feel like you’re intruding and a nuisance.
I walked up and said hello and the cashier stared at me without saying a word like “yes? And??” Almost as if I interrupted her work day.
I ordered and went to sit but they called my name and she half slammed the tray in the counter window making the top bun slide off and lettuce go askew so I had to rebuild it.
I won’t give up on firehouse but I won’t be back to this location, that’s for sure

The last post seems pretty accurate.... They really don't care about keeping this business open. Just a easy check. Beware of the filthy attitudes.

This is the worst Firehouse Sub Shop that I've ever been to and I won't be returning. I walked in the store to pick my order up and the employees were just rude. I wasn't greeted at all, the girl came to the register and just stood there and looked at me all stupid, I said I'm here to pick my order up , she asked my name, handed me my bag ( never said thank you or anything). All you see are the employees standing around
eating up food (which they probably didn't even pay for) I requested that my subs be toasted which they weren't, the subs were soggy and everything just slid off the sub as you picked it up to try and eat it. I called the store and the 2 females that answered the phone were just flat out ignorant, getting all smart and had the nerve to hang up on me. Just unprofessional business all the way around the table. Whom ever the owner of this particular Firehouse Sub shop is definitely needs to reevaluate the manager whom she stated her name was Jessica. She showed that she is not fit or management material. How are you a manager but you don't hear out the customer and you don't even TRY to resolve the problem, Instead you hang the phone up and have the nerve to say don't come back in the store! I guess that was her way of making the situation right. All I can say is WOW!

Delicious food and nice workers. Definitely a little pricey compared to other sub joints, but worth it in my opinion.

I always rave about Monaca Firehouse Subs. They need to go back to the plastic salad containers vs cardboard. I checked when I got to my vehicle & salad was all over the bag. I tried closing the lid & it wouldn’t latch tight & had to leave what was left sit on my seat driving home. I always get the sweet & spicy meatball, nothing better BUT after eating half my lips were on fire. I like anything spicy hot but this was a little much. It was never like this for as long as I ordered them

Came in an hour before close and they were already trying to close up for the night. Ordered two sandwiches and a wrap. Just asking for no tomatoes. Everything else standard no add ons. All of the fillings were minimal and the wrap had about 2 bites of filling and the rest wrap. For what I paid for it I expect more than two bites of filling. Cashier was rude. Kept asking us if we were done as we were reading the menu. Two of us ordering and after one of us ordering we got a rude “is that all?!” Then got a “are you done?” As we were discussing what sandwich to get for my mother.
