Very good sub!!! It took a minute for the staff to take my order, I do appreciate that they were short staffed, it was worth the wait. They have a hot sauce bar, which I think is pretty cool!

Slow enployees . Awful customer service. Visited this location several times and each time 30 plus wait for a sandwich . Extremely slow employees . I understand most employees are overworked and underpaid . I also understand some establishments are not properly staffed . Waiting extremely long for a sandwich at this location is a ongoing issue .

Very slow with making sandwiches. Ordered two at 12:06 and mission complete 30 minutes later. Place was not busy. Prepare to wait and bring your patience.

I came to order a sub and soup I waited for over 20 mins to get my order and as I am standing outside the employee approaches me and said they are out of the soup I ordered and offer me the other kind which I did not accept because I don’t eat it they did replace it with a bag of chips and a brownie but it wasn’t the cost of the bowl of soup but not don’t bother me you shouldn’t take my order and as I’m waiting 20 mins u then decide to tell me that and already accepted my payment and there was no manager to do a refund so I’m assuming because that was not offered this is my 2nd visit to this location and this visit was it was kinda similar to my first where I waited 40 mins for 3 subs and they were also out of something I ordered and accepted payment that time to although the food was delicious I will not be returning I shouldn’t have to spend 20-25 mins waiting on 1 sub when I only get a half hr lunch I couldn’t even eat before I had to go back to work

Visited this location during lunch rush on 8/28/25. The poor girl working was all by herself. Taking orders, money, and preparing food. She was excellent even though the situation was ridiculous. Why would you have one person to do all of that during lunch hours? Food was very good however I did hear her tell other costumers that she was out of several products. Do better Firehouse.

I always enjoy going to Firehouse Subs! My opinion is the very best Subs out there. Fresh bread fresh cheese fresh meat. I really love their food! Highly Recommend! 5 Stars

For days now, there has only been 1 employee working the entire store. Severely disappointing to treat someone so unkindly. She was very sweet and gave great customer service, but no one should be opening and closing a store by themselves, cashiering, taking orders, making and prepping food by themselves. The quality of food was not great, tomatoes tasted rotten and there were hard pieces in my sub. The worker was incredible but shame on the franchisees for allowing 1 person to be overworked like that.

Understaffed. Came in here mid-afternoon on a Thursday as Firehouse Subs in my area are rare. No employees to run the counter with only one making subs. My time schedule didn't allow me to wait around to order, so I left and dined at the Chick-fil-A in the malls Food Court. Disappointing location.
