Jacksons Restaurant + Bar Monaca

We had a good experience. Food was good. Service was good. Price was a little high for the area in my opinion but overall it was good. Decor was very pretty. I had the salmon and my husband had the shrimp pasta with lobster cream sauce. He said he didn't taste much lobster.

Meat was not cooked properly. One of the steaks wasn't available. Waiter didn't offered dessert and opened the wine at the kitchen and presented to us already opened.

Our meal was "DIVINE!" The Honey Garlic Chicken was a meal that not many could beat! The Porcini and Truffle Ravioli is going to be my next meal there. My friend let me try hers and it was so delicious! My husband got the Pork Tenderloin wrapped in bacon...Melted in your mouth!!! All-In-All this was a fantastic meal for a great price! THE BEST PART OF THE EVENING was the entertainment! I had never seen or heard this "One-Man-Band" before but he had so much talent! His name was Rick Gilbert and he truly needs to be there on a regular basis! I will be watching to see if he's there again. It appeared that he had quite a following as everyone seemed to know and appreciate his music! If I have one recommendation for this restaurant...repeat everything from last night because I don't think the night could have been more perfect!!!

I went around lunch time very quiet very clean inside very nice patio if you like to eat outside the food was really good I had a steak salad it was 10/10 only thing I would say is it's a little pricey but other than that great place great service our waiter was amazing will be back

Date night dinner on a Monday. Quiet setting with exceptional service. Drinks were on point and the dinners were very good. We had the Ahi appetizer which was also very good. Worth a try.

Jackson's has always been a nice restaurant, consistently good food, attentive service and moderate pricing. I'm surprised, it's never crowded. Very nice outside patio, pleasant decor, good food? The restaurant is located in a hotel, with plenty of parking.My suggestion-give it a try.

We all enjoyed our dinner Chris the bartender was very nice and our server I believe Julie was great!

Crab cake app nothing but Superb!!! Lumps and chunks of crab resting on Remoulade, with Roasted Tomatoes and Couscous, the Happy Hour Tavern Burger was the BEST BURGER I've had Not From my Grill, Roasted Carrots for the Veg, She had the Ahi Tuna and the Brussels , also Excellent. Julie was our Server, and certainly a Pro. We will Be Back Soon!

Our meals were perfectly executed, despite our arriving just 20 minutes before the kitchen closed. My grilled salmon and the deep fried Brussel sprouts were exquisite! Our server Michelle was very welcoming and friendly and really helpful in helping us make menu decisions quickly. Would definitely return!

We made a reservation at Jackson's - Monaca for their Easter Brunch. When we arrived, there was a menu for the brunch on the table, which we identified what we wanted from. Just before the waitress took our order, they removed the brunch menu and said we had to order from the regular menu. Instead of $40.00 per person, we paid over $100.00. The one Mimosa we ordered had more orange juice than champagne in it. We had to put napkins under two of the table feet to keep it from wobbling. The meal was pretty good, too much for us to finish. We don't think we'll be going back for another "Non-Brunch".

The food was brought out and it appeared that it had been sitting for a while prior to being brought to the table. The food itself tasted fine, it was just warm and not hot. Service was slow and had to ask repeatedly for a refill. Unfortunately, this experience wasn't worth the price paid for it.

The food was good, but the prices seemed a bit high. Also I had the mushroom ravioli and one of them was ice cold, not sure how that happened since the rest were fine.

Brooke served us excellently, food was tasty, hot, and elegantly displayed. Portions were generous and flavors just right! Our anniversary was celebrated with a dazzling dessert from the restaurant - very special. The Groove Doctors group played jazz that was a wonderful addition. We will be returning for sure!!! Had a Valentine's Day dinner to remember forever!!

I had a solo birthday date here. Ordered the happy hour pizza, calamari, and cocktail. They all were delicious. Michelle was my server and SHE IS THE BEST !! During my meal, she surprised me with a sweet birthday treat, birthday greetings, and made sure I made a good wish blowing out my candle. She is the sweetest. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit here

This place was amazing, the staff was nice, the food was excellent and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. We enjoyed the salmon and the honey garlic chicken.
