Jackson's is a great place to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or any special occasion. The food is fantastic, served in ample quantities and seasoned appropriately. The waiters anticipated our needs and made sure we were pleased with our meals. The dessert served was awesome. It truly is a hidden gem in Monaca.

Surprising great!We just stop overnight here at the hotel on the way from D.C. to Chicago, and didn’t expect a lot besides of any cities here, just to bite something after the ride.This restaurant is like a pearl in the middle of nowhere (sorry if someone feels offended?) and we are happy to have stopped here. Our experience was great! I wasn’t very hungry so I ordered two starters instead of a “full” dish - one too much! The portion are really good and much bigger than expected. My husband took the filet mignon only and it was enough for him.My tuna tartar as well as the pumpkin salat was fine presented on plate, had an intensive fresh aroma and tasted delicious even if I would never combine tuna & sweet papers, but it works good!The house wine was good enough and with 8€ a nice offer.All in one - we appreciated the meal, the service, the modern design and the wine and we clear recommend this place!Our warmest thanks to the cooking & service team?

I’m editing a previous review. The service and food were good but I will not return due to the choice of what was being broadcast within my view on a large TV screen. Maybe think about not having something as controversial as Fox News on? It’s reason enough to keep me away.

Highly recommend Jackson's in Monaca! The atmosphere is quietly elegant, somewhere that would be as equally great for a family-friendly meal as it is for a date night dinner. The menu is a great mixture of items, from steak to seafood to pizza, there's something for everyone! Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I did not get to actually eat our dinner here, as he ended up having a seizure almost as soon as we sat down. All of the employees were so kind, jumping right in to help, calling EMS for me, making my boyfriend as comfortable as possible during the seizure, and staying with us during the whole experience. A huge shout out to Keri, the assistant manager here, for taking charge of the situation when I didn't know what to do, keeping me calm, and handling everything with professionalism and caring. She even had our dinners wrapped to go for us, and wouldn't hear of letting me pay for anything. Once we finally got to eat our dinners at home, it was outstanding! My boyfriend and I both ordered the southern BBQ shrimp Mac and cheese. The shrimp were excellent, breaded just right, and the cheese sauce was delicious! Cannot recommend enough, both for the restaurant atmosphere and the food, and for the wonderful employees here!
Very nice place, cozy, I was alone in town on business and sat at the bar, the service was excellent. I had the Brussels sprouts appetizer and it was 10/10, delicious. Mushroom beef soup was also very good. Definitely recommend.

This restaurant is so overpriced for what you get! We used to love coming here, the ambiance is nice. But, the Food was not good, it wasn’t even hot - we won’t be returning…

My girlfriend and I are foodies and love to try new places. We heard mixed reviews about Jackson's and gave it a try. We ordered the calamari, salmon, my strip and mixed salad. Everything was not good and ate two bites. This was the first time my girlfriend sent her salmon back and my first time just eating two bites of the steak. The service was what you'd expect at a Dennys, not a “3 $$$” restaurant. We wouldn't go back or recommend. Try another restaurant for the money.

We had to have had a new server, because she dropped the ball quite a bit. She was nice, but seemed nervous and unprepared. From drinks to appetizers to the entrées, she struggled. The manager can by to ask if we wanted more bread and we replied, "we never got any!" Even when asked what I'd like to drink, I looked at the bar and saw a bottle of Woodford reserve and was told they didn't have any. My friend got up to ask the bar tender and he came back with it. Not a great experience for an over $ 300 bill. Food was good.
