Ordered a #13 which is what I normally get. Seems like the lunch meat was cut back. Was more bread than meat. Was kinda shocked when I opened it up a saw how little meat. Was never like that.

Got a steak portabella sub yesterday in monaca, pa. I told them while I was waiting no toliet paper or soap in ladies room. Tables dirty and no straws and not stocked in areas as well and dirty. I sat and waited on my sandwich inside. 4 people working there. Not busy at all. Bathroom not serviced. My sandwich was greasy and soaked through the bread. Didn't finish it. Threw it away. All 4 people not friendly at all. Tried to call on phone today to ask for a manager. Phone number not in service. I will never give any business to them again. When they first opened I thought it was really good. They have gone downhill.

(When you respond back like you did, at least give a real email with Brian's contact. Brian never responded back when I emailed him). So, it must be you lied about making things right. typical b.s. and classless business ethics.. (Never will I give Jersey Mike's my business again. And will contact Jersey Mike's corporate!!

I ordered 3 subs and my doordash person handed me a bag while still moving and there was only 2 subs in it. I don’t know if it was Jersey Mikes or the dasher but I just wanted my food. Buyer. Beware..

There were 2 people ahead of me in line and it took me about 20 mins to get my food. The counter top was a mess with toppings and dressing all over. I ordered a giant Philly that was advertised as having meat white cheddar peppers and onions and I was not offered to have anything added to it when it came out from the back already all wrapped and in a bag up but whatever I just wanted some lettuce. When I took it home to eat there were no peppers or onions on it just meat and cheese. And the cheese was so overpowering it was all I could taste. First time here and last time here will not go back.

First off, this place needs better management and sub makers that know how to treat and speak with their customers. This location of Jersey Mike’s truly has an issue with food theft. It’s about every order no matter Doordash Pickup - or their Online website pickup. They have no process of checking who’s who when coming to grab your food.. in that the food gets stolen. They do remake the food, but this is a bigger issue than just getting your order remade. This is about service and management. If they need to see my identification card at this point for me to know my food won’t be stolen. That would be great. Many customers may sway away from that idea but for me. I say It’s worth a try. Tired of food being stolen on my time.

It's like Subway, but more expensive and you don't have the option to have your sub toasted. I wish I had known that, because I'm pregnant and not supposed to eat cold cuts unless they're heated to 165°. The workers were friendly, but my roast beef sandwich was almost too dry to eat until I went up and asked for some extra mayo packets.One awesome perk though: they have CREAM SODA on tap! And it's amazing.

Monaca's best kept secret. First visit and I was shocked. I'm not a sub fan but this was hands down the best sub I've ever had. Everything from the bread to the meats and cheese to the oil/vinegar that's they're signature was amazing.

I was sticker shocked today when I ordered my sub. My first time being here and had no idea the price I would pay until my food was at the register. 23 dollars for a sub drink and chips. I was baffled.
