Orders are always accurate and well made. Recently placed an order online & got a call that they were out of one of the breads. Made a substitution & they gave a coupon for my next order to make up for it. Always had excellent service here & will keep going back for the amazing food.

I don’t normally leave reviews but my girlfriend is 9 months pregnant and we would normally come in, but instead we DoorDashed the order and there’s no substitutions on there and Cameron answered the phone and said it’s no issue providing the extra ranch’s. It’s those small things like that, that cause returning customers so thank you to Cameron, and if his management reads this those are the things that make the difference between here and another place. I’d highly recommend!

Ordered a #13 which is what I normally get. Seems like the lunch meat was cut back. Was more bread than meat. Was kinda shocked when I opened it up a saw how little meat. Was never like that.

Got a steak portabella sub yesterday in monaca, pa. I told them while I was waiting no toliet paper or soap in ladies room. Tables dirty and no straws and not stocked in areas as well and dirty. I sat and waited on my sandwich inside. 4 people working there. Not busy at all. Bathroom not serviced. My sandwich was greasy and soaked through the bread. Didn't finish it. Threw it away. All 4 people not friendly at all. Tried to call on phone today to ask for a manager. Phone number not in service. I will never give any business to them again. When they first opened I thought it was really good. They have gone downhill.
