Usually have a good experience at this location. Food was fine. Service was fine. I don't appreciate a dog sitting on a chair at the table across from me. I'm a dog owner BUT dogs have a place that's certainly not across the table from me at a public restaurant.

Asked girl at window is my bbq in the bag? She said yes! I pulled off to the side. No bbq sauce! I went inside and got it. Got back to my car and realized no pies in the bag!!! Went back inside and got them. Ordered no onions on burger. Your right!! Onions on my burger. I would not recommend this McDonald’s.

I am not one to complain and easily pleased, all 100+ of my review reflect that. However, never have my wife been so disrespected when she returned a 1/4lb er that was pink. When she politely asked for a refund, they questioned about how much the burger was already eaten in the most condescending tone a kid could give any adult. The pictures speaks for itself l..

Portions are getting smaller, the eggs were undercooked, and they forgot the hashbrown that comes with the meal. I don't expect much from a McDonald's, but this time was a complete waste and I can't go back to get it fixed.

This is unacceptable. They said “it was made fresh. This? This dry black crunchy hockey puck? There is no WAY this was fresh. And to top it off the manager was NOT concerned in the slightest. He laughed it off like I didn’t just waste my money. Didn’t offer a solution either
Apparently they don’t service the 2nd drive thru farthest from the building. Only 2nd time ever coming here and wait for a thousand cars to go through the first lane. Never again will I visit this McDonalds. 😂

Went through drive thru with mobile order. No one came to the speaker. A car pulls up to the other speaker and someone comes on. I pull around anyway and give my mobile order number to the lady. I was told to go to drive thru window #1 because they were waiting on fries, I sat there while four cars went pass me. It was ridiculous. Then I had to come back because my order was wrong. Then they got it wrong again, so I wasted at least 45 minutes just to go to McDonalds.Then a young man named Dayron told me to throw away the wrong order food. I said you can throw it away, he proceeded to snatch the bag from me and throw it away. This is so unacceptable and the worst customer service. Won’t happen again.
