Ordered a kids meal with a medium coke, they gave me a extra small coke. I told them i ordered a medium, the girl at the window said i didnt. (I had someone in the car who heard me order a medium). Another person, who i assume is the manager took my xtra small coke and went to get me a medium. I get the medium and the entire cup is ice. The straw barely went through. My guess is they were being petty and filled the cup up with ice and then poured the small coke into the larger cup. Completely rude of them. It was a small issue that could have been fixed without the pettiness.

I ordered a bagel sandwich with no bacon, and they usually have no problem but today there was a comical amount of bacon on it, like a pile of it, so whoever was making the sandwiches was definitely have an f-you kind of day. Thanks buddy! Thanks so much for that.

So I go there to get a ice cream and they told me their ice cream machine was broken then I went 3 days ago then they told me it was down again then I went the next day day they told me it was down again then I went today and take a guess what happened what a sharker then tell me again for 4 days in a row it was down this is ridiculous a multi million dollar company and can’t have a working ice cream machine bull crap

I’m done with this McDonalds today I ordered a chicken Big Mac got home opened it and it was a regular Big Mac smh sucked it up because I was all the way home ate the sandwich and was eating the fries and there was a baby ant in the bottom of my fry box now I feel sick I don’t even do reviews so you know I’m deeply sickened

Overall this place seems kind of hit or miss. Its a McDonald's, many like it exist and this is one.
I occasionally go through the drive through to get dinner after work, half the time stuffs cold, soggy, or soggy and cold. Staff is usually pleasant, at least in my experience.
Sometimes the drivethrough wait time can be weirdly long, but usually only late at night in my experience.
Food prep and quality has been bad. I asked for a double cheese burger with extra ketchup and it looked like it was stabbed to death, ketchup everywhere makes it hard to eat in car!

Why is the McCafe always unavailable now when I go here? This was happening at the other chains before too. How can you not have hot coffees available for breakfast? This is getting really annoying and ridiculous for a million dollar company to not have supplies stocked or whatever is going on. These chains need to get their act together. I ordered a delivery the other day too and didn't get all of the order put in the bag. The seal was unopened so it was not the driver's fault. Furthermore, whenever you try to report an issue, for the delivery, they try to blame the driver and never make it right. Terrible customer service.

It took over 20 minutes to get our food, One 1/4 pounder and two Big Macs. There were only two cars ahead of us. The girl working the drive-thru literally stood around and talked to another employee for over 5 minutes while doing absolutely nothing. Lazy and sllloooooowwww.
