Went through drive thru with mobile order. No one came to the speaker. A car pulls up to the other speaker and someone comes on. I pull around anyway and give my mobile order number to the lady. I was told to go to drive thru window #1 because they were waiting on fries, I sat there while four cars went pass me. It was ridiculous. Then I had to come back because my order was wrong. Then they got it wrong again, so I wasted at least 45 minutes just to go to McDonalds.Then a young man named Dayron told me to throw away the wrong order food. I said you can throw it away, he proceeded to snatch the bag from me and throw it away. This is so unacceptable and the worst customer service. Won’t happen again.

It's a McDonald's always the same, but I don't like the move to force you to use their app to order even when you're in the restaurant. What's next? Do you want me to jump in and cook my own burgers after i order it on the app?

Ive had multiple bad experiences at this location thats led me to making this review, the workers never know whats going on. day or night ive waited up to 10 minutes without ordering and just leaving because it takes so long. when i actually am ABLE to get food from here because they take my order for once, somethings always wrong. foods cold, missing item ect. in such a high populated area you would think this location would have better routine for there staff, but thats obviously not the case. If u are truly looking to get food from mcdonalds go to beaver, chippiawa, or the other center location. where i have never had problems. Staff is rude here untrained, if you want food late at night better luck getting it a sheetz.
