I’m writing to share my recent experience in hopes it can help improve communication going forward. I called around 9:45 PM to place a food order, and the woman I spoke with informed me that orders could only be placed over the phone if I paid in advance. I wasn’t comfortable providing my card information over the phone, and she then advised that I could come in to place and pay for the order in person.
I arrived at the restaurant at approximately 9:55 PM. After waiting a few minutes, a staff member came over, but when I attempted to place my order, I was told that the kitchen had closed at 10 PM. I explained that I had just spoken with someone about coming in, and was asked if I knew who I spoke to. While I couldn’t confirm for certain, I believe it may have been the same person.
Additionally, the hours listed online state that the kitchen closes at 11 PM. If the actual closing time is 10 PM, I would suggest updating this information online to avoid confusion. More importantly, I would appreciate it if staff refrained from advising customers to come in to place an order if the kitchen is about to close and they will not be accommodated.

I was staying at a nearby hotel and had trouble finding places open for food after 9 p.m.—until I stumbled upon P-Dub’s. What a pleasant surprise! The kitchen stays open late, which was a lifesaver. I had the Tennessee burger, and it was absolutely delicious. The wings promo was also a great deal, and the beer was ice cold. Great food, chill vibe, and late-night hours—what else can you ask for? Highly recommend!

Ordered a ham and cheese sub tonight with extra meat, no lettuce onion or tomato. This is what they sent me for $14.00. A sub that is big as the mayo vontainer. Not even a 6 inch sub. Two small paper thin slices of ham and if you want to even call it a slice of cheese. Very disappointing. I will not be ordering subs from here ever again.

Food was amazing but the sign outside in my opinion is fake advertisement when you half off everything i was expecting the food too but the only after the check my waitress said drinks only so I would change it to say drinks only not everything.

I ordered Some BBQ wings from here they were so dam hard my teeth hurt trying to eat them and the fries were horrible like they were fried in old grease and they were so soggy, word of advice, poke holes in the top of the containers before you send out the order so that the fries don’t feel like jello

Given it a few chances, ordered different things, but nothing is good nor is it horrible. Best way to describe the food is extremely mediocre. Didn’t enjoy our meals during, but ate just to avoid wasting it. We’d probably try again if it were the only choice open one night, or if we worked/lived within walking distance, but will never say “hey let’s go eat there”
