Ate dinner at this location Friday night. We were told because the dishwasher was broke, they did not want to overload their dishwasher so we had to eat like it was take out. The soup was the size of a small cup , out a bag not even a tray - not a good value for two at $35.00. I guess employee experience is more important than customer's at this location.

I like several of the items but there is no consistency. I’ve ordered the same item several times to have it different each time. The first time I got the yogurt parfait it was great, second time they forgot the honey & the berries were old/ mushy. The last (and final) time this is what I got… $5.89+ tax for this! I figured I’d wait until after work and add yogurt at home only to realize they didn’t use the separator and the granola was directly on the yogurt so all soggy and inedible. I have given them way more chances than I should have and we are going to find a new meeting place.

I'm sorry... it's insane to charge 7$ for a little cup of soup. 9 for a bowl. The sandwich I got was the size of a kid's sandwich!! 11$ for that as well. I'm sorry there's so many better choices than this chain. Food is not worth the price at all to me. Expensive fast food

Ordered a new tomato basil BLT. I was immediately told they are out of the tomato basil bread which defeats the purpose but was substituted with the most stale rock hard bun ever encountered. I had to take it home and cut it in half with a steak knife and toast it to make the sandwich edible. My friend gave me half of hers because mine was rock hard. The cashier really wanted this stale bread gone and didn't offer any other option.
