Stopped by to grab a quick bite to eat during my half hour lunch break. Took nearly 20 minutes to get a to-go salad. They weren't that busy. The person (who appeared to be a manager) was working feverishly assembling orders while the other 4 people behind her were walking around aimlessly. Do not know what happened to this place, but I'll think twice before patronizing again. Food is overpriced and the wait is really not worth your time.

Gave me wrong sandwich,broccoli n cheese soup wasn't think n creamy was watered down Big Disappointment! Person I was with got a wrap 2 diet ice teas all for the whopping price of $40.00!! Kinda rediculous for what we had doubt if we go backParking: Tight fit with other businessesWheelchair accessibility: Would be hard
I wish there were more of these, at least one closer to the smaller towns in Western PA. The food is great, definitely feel like I'm getting quality when I stop to eat here. It's a little on the spendy side, but for a place I can go to every once in awhile, it's nice. I just wish Panera would pay their employees more so that the tipping could be eliminated.

Ordered the pick two option, chose the chicken salad sandwich and a salad. Unfortunately, I received a small, mostly bread, tomato and lettuce sandwich (very little chicken salad) and the apple salad was mostly piled high red onions and very little of anything else. With my drink, the order came to just under $18 dollars. I did mention something to the staff about the sandwich severely lacking chicken salad but all he said was "that's how they come now" This Panera has gone down hill. It used to be a reasonably priced lunch or dinner spot with good food, but not so anymore:(

As a person who doesn't frequent this place it is impossible to order. My daughter got a soup and sandwich combo but I got a bagel to eat here. My bagel came unsliced, untoasted with no silverware for the cream cheese. I don't know how I'm supposed to eat this here... So I sat while my kid ate their food and I guess I will just eat at home since I don't want to stand in line for 20 minutes again for them to fix my order.

This is ridiculous!! I have been trying for over 1 month to have 1 single melt. Every single time it's a waste of gas and energy. Last time it was no more bread. Dude it's Panera BREAD!!! ITS IN THE NAME!! Then from there it's they don't have this or that for the melts. Tonight I called 3 times in total to finally get picked up on the third try. I asked "do you guys finally have the bread to make the melts?" They said yes so in no more than 10 minutes we are there. I go in and I order 1 melt. And then I hear the classic "we are out of melts" I just called and now I wasted gas and time once again. Never ever coming back to this location again. Absolutely insane. Employees need to not lie to their customers and I guess customers who want to have melts should just go get something else. Like tonight I had McDonald's because guess what?? They don't run out of bread.

This location sucks. Both my boyfriend and I have been trying to come here to get one of your melts and every single time you guys are out of bread...when your own brand name is Panera BREAD. After trying for over a month and a half to get one single melt!Tonight was the final straw when we called this location and was told by your incompetent employee that this location had the bread required for said melt and were able to make them. We arrive to the location not 8 minutes later and now magically you guys are out of melts. Fix your inventory and have your employees not lie to customers. If you want anything with bread don't come here because they will be "out".
