Went there yesterday during lunch. It wasn’t that busy. We were sat at a table and just left there with no service for 15 minutes. No one took our drink order we weren’t even acknowledged. Seconds after someone who came in after us was sat their order was immediately taken. We left since clearly we weren’t getting any service. This is the second time they’ve left us waiting and the food/prices aren’t worth it. We will not be back to this establishment. They have better food, service and prices at Sakura.

If i could rate them zero stars, I would. Went in on Mother’s Day.. expected to wait because let’s face it, everywhere is packed for Mother’s Day. It was CROWDED in there with people waiting, the manager was upfront at the host stand greeting people, however never once did he write down a single name. He would just ask how many and tell them how long the wait is. He quoted us 30 minutes so we decided to wait. A party the same size as ours that walked in after us was called to get sat ahead of us, and this is after we already waited 20 minutes PAST what we were originally quoted. When I asked the manager why they were sat before us, he told us they were here first. To which I informed him that they were not. He laughed it off and told us he mixed everyone up but would get us sat hopefully in 20 minutes. We ended up walking out and going elsewhere due to the lack of organization and lack of caring at all that this manager was showing. Pause your DoorDash tablets for an hour and get through the rush with people that are ACTUALLY sitting in your restaurant willing to tip your employees and maybe you wouldn’t be so backed up in the kitchen which would make for a smoother dinner rush. You’re only screwing your employees.

I usually do not leave reviews but, this could very well have been the worst dining experience in my entire life, and I would be doing an injustice to the people of google to not leave this. We were inside of the restaurant for a total of 3 hours. Much longer than anyone should spend trying to eat dinner. From the time we sat down, it took 20 minutes to get drinks, another HOUR to get our food (during which, another table next to us was cleared, got sat with a new group, and they recieved their appetizers and main courses). When the first of our food came out, it was a single order of crab rangoon (there were 4 total apps ordered at our table) we then waited ANOTHER 15 minutes for a second, single order of crab rangoon to arrive. Eventually, 3/5 of our entrees arrived, we had about 4 different staff members stop by our table to see if we were taken care of yet, it was truly a masterclass in terrible service. All-in-all, we spent 3 hours of our Friday night to eat moderately okay food while having a comically bad experience. They also did not offer any form of compensation, instead, they forgot to take off an extra charge we didn't have. :(

our waitress Dianne provided the worst service I've ever had. They were busy on a Friday night, totally understand. it took 30 minutes to get our drinks, then over an hour to get one out of three appetizers. 3 out of 5 of us got meals and it took another hour for us to all get what we ordered. at one point our waitress ran by to the bathroom and transfered us to someone else. we asked for the checks and it took a half hour to get the checks. the table next to us was sat after us and left before us. the check was wrong so we asked for it to be corrected and it was wrong again. at this point the restaurant was closing and we just wanted to leave. food was great and worth 5 stars.

I just really wasn't impressed. The ponzo sauce is very good, but they use it very sparingly. I didn't finish my tuna tartar because it had no ponzo sauce. My husband had crab ragoon and again just wasn't impressed with the flavor.

Might just be a one off and am willing to try again. Atmosphere was nice & staff was nice.

Boston roll (crab/lettuce) & TNT roll . 2nd pic, Pink Lady Roll & Spicy Girl Roll. Not pictured but also ordered off the all you can eat menu... The NY Strip Hibachi Noodle dinner. It was delicious. 10/10. The dragon & new york roll were great too! -Made to order- all you can eat menu which includes a childrens section of foods too. Ordering little by little is quite ok but does take time obviously. The seating is kinda close so you can hear those around you. Aside from that. It was the best dinner I've had in a long time.

My guest & I ordered the crab salad, he ordered several sushi I ordered the Pad Tai with shrimp. The food was excellent. However for drinks to be $2.75 each, our server brought us soda in glasses, not filled nor asked if we needed more during the meal, mind you $2.75 each adds to the bill. The server brought out salads then immediately brought out our food. We did not see him again until we were ready to pay. There was only one other family there & he was more interested in conversing with the girl doing the door dash. Our bill was over $80.00. There was no reason to have such poor service with that kind of tab.

I had to call because there was a mistake that happened with an order and the manager was very rude and just kept saying she couldn't help me. She even tried to make me feel bad for trying to cancel the order when I explained the situation. She also said that I had to go cancel the order and that she wasn't able to. Every business I know is able to cancel an order from their end. When I went to log in and cancel it myself it would not allow me to. I'm glad I live in a different state because I do not want to deal with them ever again.
