Always very friendly baristas and they keep the the line moving fast. There are some mistakes here and there, but overall it is a great manage Starbucks and I recommend. As a local contractor it’s refreshing to know that I can go get a cuppa coffee and not have to wait a half hour.

i always get a matcha with strawberry cold foam. i adore the little notes they write or silly smiley faces, hearts, stars etc. it always makes my day! they’re all friendly and sweet. even if they seem busy they always try to make you feel like a person. it definitely was a “matcha kind of day”. 😂✨

Been to the Monaca Starbucks several times by now and the drinks are amazing, but the girl Kayla at the window is always giving us attitude every single time we go here. One time, she made my husband and daughter circle around the building because they arrived too early for their online order. But over all we had no other problems.

Terrible expense. Over $14 for two extra large coffees. They are getting to be way too expensive for us. Coffee was good. Then they expect a tip for it when all they do is make a cup of coffee and we leave.

Slow service, drinks not made correctly on two visits. Won't be back. This is how my cold foam cold brew came. I drank some, but there was no cold foam, it came mixed. Our shaken espressos, however, were not shaken and had well defined layers, go fig. My cinnamon dolce on a prior visit was about 2/3 full with no sign of whipped cream. Six drinks, four made wrong.

We walked in and there was only 5 ppl and we waited 30 mins for two drinks when I talked to the girl she said “there is 15 mobile orders ahead of you” so we just left just wish they would prioritize the people who are actually there by the time we left there was 20-25 people in there
