I was ordering a Dorito cheesy granita crunch they acted like they didn’t know what it was and proceed to say, do you mean a nacho cheese Dorito Locos tacos I said no but then they proceed to say pull up to the next window. This is probably the worst service I’ve had here. I will never go back.

This is the best Taco Bell experience I've had in the last 2 years. Whoever was cooking at 2:00pm on 11/3/25 did an excellent job making my food. It was clear there was a level of care present when the burrito and tacos were crafted. Thank you for putting in effort even when that effort isn't necessarily rewarded directly. No chips for Nacho bell and then pulled out into the park lot to see if my my wife might want something else. Back in line ordered Pull up the window and they tell me cash only after I've ordered and no signs.No where saying that at all. Will not be back

This Taco Bell is so much better than the Baden location. How it has less rating is beyond me. If you are going to leave these workers a 1 star, I urge you to try the Baden location before you do so that you know what a 1 star Taco Bell truly is.

The drive through person was very kind. No problem there. My complaint is that every single time I order chicken chalupa supremes they are SOOOOO stale that I don’t even eat them. The prices for this type of fast food has gotten so high that I will not be coming back for inferior quality.

Amazing management, amazing staff, and the absolute best chalupa I’ve ever had in my entire life
They can't get an order correct. The cashier swiped my card without ever confirming my order or telling me my total. I didn't realize until I looked at my food and receipt that they rang up the completely wrong stuff. I ended up paying double what I should have had I gotten the correct order. So I paid twice as much for food I didn't even want.

The Mexican pizza shell is terrible. It tastes like the grease is never changed. The crunchy tacos are always cold . A young lady that works drive through always has a frown on her face. Customer Service is trash. The manager on duty always sits in the dining area. I won't be going back.
