We stopped at Taco Bell in Monaca.After we drove away and was sitting at the light.We looked in our bag we were missing our 2 apple empandas and we turned around and came back. At the drive thru we told her that we were missing our empandas she told us to look our bag again next to Mexican pizza they were not there. The employee said she would look in our bag, then she would look at her camera then agreed finally to give us 2 new ones if we drove around to the front door. We had the receipt even. I guess we just looked dishonest and woofed them down while we turned around and returned.You used be our favorite Taco Bell!

Do not get the Pepsi here unless you want to get diet. They frequently put diet Pepsi syrup into the regular dispenser, with no regard to the harm it can cause to epileptics, diabetics with low blood sugar, children, or others.

I went here to get my family dinner and the woman taking my order was rude I asked for just a moment while my daughter made the last decisions on what she wanted less than a minute later she is over the speaker phone asking what we wanted (there was no line behind me or a long line inside) needless to say I did not order all the food I wanted just from this interaction when I get up to the window to pay they grab my card out of my hand fast and practically threw my food into the car window. I was nice the entire time so the interaction additionally at the window. Wheb I handed the food I did get back I was informed the food was cold. Will not be going here again.

We ordered two regular Baja blast and they gave us smalls so we went in to get the regulars and we were waiting there for about five minutes. I ended up asking this other guy in there how long he was waiting and he said around 10 minutes. My friend eventually said, excuse me, and they would not answer her eventually they gave us a blast and we got back to the car and all of our food was cold

This is one of the better Taco Bell locations I've been too. I don't usually expect much from a fast food restaurant, but this location has consistently friendly service, good portions, and fresh ingredients. The restaurant is always pretty clean as well. I hear many guests ring the "great service" during their exit, myself included!

Literally every time I've ordered from here they've forgotten multiple things or just made it completely wrong it's almost not worth buying from here anymore we just got ripped off of $8 of tacos and it's ridiculous
I'm an out-of-towner and this wasn't a great experience. I ordered through the app. When I arrived at the drive thru they told me they couldn't make one of my items since their steamer was broken, and I asked if I wanted to substitute the item, which was fine. They gave me a medium drink and I said that I had ordered a large, and they told me they didn't have any more large cups. They offered to give me both a medium and small but I declined. The nachos bell grande had no beans on it.

Two days ago, we ordered vegan meals, but my son's crunch wrap had meat in it, and my burrito had cheese in it. When I told the cashier, she refunded the crunch wrap but didn't seem to care. We have not had meat or dairy in over 10 years, so this was very sickening. I also purchased a large fountain drink to have Pepsi. When I went to fill it there was no syrup but only fizzy water. I don't drink anything else, and I told the cashier that there should be a sign so that people know, and she said that she was waiting for the manager to bring some syrup. So pretty much everything was a waste of money, plus they made us eat meat and dairy when we don't. Very very disappointed. We love Taco Bell but will not be returning to this location again. I wish I had also taken a picture of the meat crunch wrap but I had already taken that back. When I checked my burrito I saw that I had cheese so that's when I took the photo of it and the bill to show what we ordered.
