They can't get an order correct. The cashier swiped my card without ever confirming my order or telling me my total. I didn't realize until I looked at my food and receipt that they rang up the completely wrong stuff. I ended up paying double what I should have had I gotten the correct order. So I paid twice as much for food I didn't even want.

The Mexican pizza shell is terrible. It tastes like the grease is never changed. The crunchy tacos are always cold . A young lady that works drive through always has a frown on her face. Customer Service is trash. The manager on duty always sits in the dining area. I won't be going back.

Make sure to check your food before you leave if using drive thru. They frequently get orders wrong. They do fix it if you catch it though

Sat in drive through line for well over thirty minutes. Forgot our food, and when called in said they cannot do anything unless the food was already untouched, and it was a 20 minute drive back to this location. Poor service.
We stopped at Taco Bell in Monaca.After we drove away and was sitting at the light.We looked in our bag we were missing our 2 apple empandas and we turned around and came back. At the drive thru we told her that we were missing our empandas she told us to look our bag again next to Mexican pizza they were not there. The employee said she would look in our bag, then she would look at her camera then agreed finally to give us 2 new ones if we drove around to the front door. We had the receipt even. I guess we just looked dishonest and woofed them down while we turned around and returned.You used be our favorite Taco Bell!

Do not get the Pepsi here unless you want to get diet. They frequently put diet Pepsi syrup into the regular dispenser, with no regard to the harm it can cause to epileptics, diabetics with low blood sugar, children, or others.

I went here to get my family dinner and the woman taking my order was rude I asked for just a moment while my daughter made the last decisions on what she wanted less than a minute later she is over the speaker phone asking what we wanted (there was no line behind me or a long line inside) needless to say I did not order all the food I wanted just from this interaction when I get up to the window to pay they grab my card out of my hand fast and practically threw my food into the car window. I was nice the entire time so the interaction additionally at the window. Wheb I handed the food I did get back I was informed the food was cold. Will not be going here again.

We ordered two regular Baja blast and they gave us smalls so we went in to get the regulars and we were waiting there for about five minutes. I ended up asking this other guy in there how long he was waiting and he said around 10 minutes. My friend eventually said, excuse me, and they would not answer her eventually they gave us a blast and we got back to the car and all of our food was cold
