Can't say this was one of the better Texas Roadhouses that I've been to. I asked for my steak to be butterflied and it wasn't, there was literally no seasoning on the steak, was not offered more rolls with having to ask and also had to ask a couple times for extra lemons for my sweet tea (that barely had any sugar in it).
It's rare that I come across TR like this, hopefully they will improve for future customers.

Alright hard to do a star rating so read the whole thing but I did online order for the family and had a 40 minute wait which I understand so honestly that doesn't effect me if I have to wait cuz they get busy. While waiting my bag got handed off to the wrong customer so they left and came back 5 minater n said that wasn't what they ordered. The bag they took was my order cuz when I asked if mine was ready they handed me that bag. Everyone is different but me if some complete strangers had my food and left the building with it I'm gonna be weird about eating it. The girl said she was getting the manager before I could even say anything so I appreciate that and the manager (Ethan) came was super nice and asked what I wanted to do and gave me vouchers for basically my entire order. Go home with the food told the family the situation and see that the sauce for the onion bloom wasn't there no ranch we asked for and the 2 all American burgers only had cheese so being annoyed already I just called and I think the other manager name was Jeff got on the phone and asked how he can make it right. I honestly didn't know I told him I was just making it known that our experience was a disaster. The manager said what if I have your Burgers and onion bloom made and have the other manager Ethan drive it to your house? I was not expecting that to be a thing but I said are you serious? He took my address and Ethan was at my house within 30 minutes and gave us more rolls extra fries ranch and sauce for the onion bloom. So I know things can happen and get busy but my 0 star turned to a 5 star because they went out of their way to make things right and I've never had any experience like that going above and beyond. So accidents happen things get busy but if you try to communicate civil in a annoying or stressful situation you'd be surprised what can happen. Long story (literally) short excellent service and I will order again in the near future. Huge props to management on Jan.19th 2026. It was very much appreciated

The Monaca location is always outstanding! We get on the waitlist which is a great idea as we are seated almost immediately.
The 4-6pm dinner special is great! Makes earring out affordable with good food!
Our waiter was Grant and he is fantastic! So attentive to our existence there! He made us feel important.
I ordered steak…we both did….medium. As usual mine is medium well. It was very tender so I didn’t mention it. It was delicious!
Love the Caesar salad too!

If i could give less then one star i would! Went to the Texas Roadhouse in Monaca pennsylvania is the absolute worst we booked a party of 7 and told them we wanted a table they tried to put us in a booth with a handicap person in a wheelchair that wouldnt work for our accommodations the manager said we could sit at the booth while we waited for the tables to open or a both across from each other another lady comes by said you guys need to GET out of this booth if your not gonna sit here we have a waiting list and your using taking up our space made us move, then had us wait by the podium then they sat more people in the booths that they was supposed to give us and tried to set us at the same spot we told them wouldnt work the first time, the waiter/manager said we'll then go back to the front and wait 20mins for something to open or leave I absolutely HIGHLY recommend never going to the monaca texas roadhouse
