So I ordered online for a pickup and I was ordering with a voucher because they screwed my order up last time. Last time they forgot the extra rolls I ordered and they forgot the smothered onions on my steak. Went to pickup my replacement order they again forgot the extra rolls I ordered and the smothered onions on my steak ....I caught them and went back for them this time. But once I got home I realized they also completely forgot one of my sides and my steak was overcooked and had soooo much fat🤦♀️🤦♀️ they did offer me another voucher but the real question is why can't they get an order right???

Its always a treat to come for a Steak and baked sweet potato! Our server was wonderful and attentive. The only drawback was my husband and I were placed in a small 2 seat booth. With salads, rolls, dinner and drinks, there just isnt enough room on those small tables for all the dishes. I almost knocked off a drink or our rolls a few times. But the food and service is awesome!

This is by far the worst Texas roadhouse in the USA. Screwed both of our orders up and when she was handing our food to us she said let me know if its cold. My salad never did show up. Sweet potato was hard. Shut this place down and start over.

The edge rim of my plate covered in dried sauce and I couldn't tell if it had been smudged or if the plate wasn't clean when the food was put on. It looked absolutely gross.

have been coming here forever but really need to brag about our server last night. she was fantastic and made sure my steak was the perfect rare. 1st time ive ordered a steak and it was cooked so perfectly. (1st choice is always rare prime rib) thank you!!

The service was terrible. 30 mins late with a takeout order. Boyfriend waited to receive order at the stand while workers were ignoring him talking about random things in front of him for 15 minutes until he cut them off. On top of that, they gave us a wrong appetizer and we had to drive back and get the correct item. Unbelievably pissed off enough to write a review.
You put your name on a wait list for a 10 minute wait and end up waiting and hour because they put you on hold for no reason when you asked nicely twice about it letting them know. Absolutely awful!!!!

I have been to one of these franchises before and have been disappointed, but this location was on par with success. The service here was fantastic, from accommodating special seating for my mother to assisting her when we were ready to leave. Our waitress, Gabby, was very attentive and treated us like family. The food was delicious, and the perfect temperature was appropriate.
