Employees stand and stare at you and refuse to take your order. Absolutely disgusting being treated this way. The lady working the register was racist trash. I heard what she said and then refused to take our order. Complete garbage and the manager of the store should be concerned also letting the employees speak racist to customers is disgusting

If I could do 0 stars- I would. This is the 2nd visit to the Monaca, PA location in 2 months time and could not get waited on in the store, while watching all the staff stand around doing absolutely nothing- and we are talking about roughly 15-20 employees doing absolutely nothing. We waited over 35 minutes the first visit before leaving. We only waited that long because a woman ordered 22 happy meals and some new staff came on and we thought it would get better- instead it got slower. The second visit was today, 11/9/24 and the same exact thing happened- the drive thru was waited on while the in store line was not tended to at all- while watching 15-20 people stand around, joking, arguing, possibly quitting, etc. The management is a joke and does absolutely nothing to help the situation or guide the staff into doing their jobs. Do not waste your time and energy trying to get food from this place- it’s apparently normal for the customers to be blatantly ignored, and leave them without any service until they just up and leave: the only customer who was waited on- got his burger (order was wrong- not surprised), and waited over 25 minutes for his fries which were old and cold so he was unhappy and wanted his $$ back, we left at this point bc the manager wouldn’t come out to take care of the situation. Shameful joke of a “fast food” restaurant. The line was so angry and we were the last ones in it- everyone else behind us left already. We left at 25 minutes without any single person being serviced in the line. I’m the type to only compliment staff rather than point out the bad- but at this rate they deserve to be fired and replaced with someone who can actually do something, anything useful for the customers who take the time to come in and eat in the store. Being ignored is downright disrespectful and the reason I am writing this to begin with. 1 time can be chalked up to a bad day, but 2 times- I think not. My time is valuable and I

I've eaten here many times over the years. The renovations make the dine in experience very pleasant. On our recent stop it was very clean. The woman that took our order was friendly. The food was served quickly, it was hot, fresh and the order was actually correct. We've gone through the drive through many time to grab a quick snack while out shipping and it's always been a good experience.

Horrible service, food was very dry. I used a digital coupon to save four dollars and it didn’t work but I wasn’t informed of that so I spent more than I thought I was going to. They were also missing a sandwich in my order. And when I asked for it to be to go they still gave it to me on a tray.

This is the best Wendy's I've been to in years! We have 2 at home that don't even have their dining rooms open, and can't process more than 1 drive-thru order at a time. Then they can't get it right. This place got it right, was friendly and clean, and even had all of their coke freestyle flavors stocked in the machine!

Our order taker, Paul, didn't give us the correct side for our combo, and charged us the side we actually wanted as a whole new thing. When I gave him a digital coupon for a free sandwich, it didn't work, and he didn't inform me that whatsoever. I also said i wanted it to-go, and it was placed on a tray instead... also took awhile to even get a bag, because no one was coming up to the counter.

When are y'all gonna fire this General Manager, she is the rudest person. Always acts like the guest are bugging her, her staff acts like they are scared of her and I would be too. She has created a toxic environment and she should be dealt with appropriately... Someone had to come out and say it. This lady is rude and mean and should not be working in customer service....
