other than them being out of a majority of stuff that I ordered and from what I heard from surrounding talk from other customers I would say some major improvements need to be made as far as customer service and training go.

The owner is leaving the restaurant with so many missing options because of his food trailers, it is a shame. The poor waitress had to explain why they couldn't make most of what we wanted. It wasn't her fault, nor the cooking staff. The food we were served was very good. I fear the future of this place if the owner doesn't fix some things and re-stock.

Went for lunch on a Friday - they were out of ribs, chicken, & pulled beef. We ordered the sausage sandwich and the brisket wrap. The sausage was pretty good, the brisket was really not worth eating, it was cold, without much flavor and tough (wrap would have been delicious without the meat, odd from a bbq place right?). Baked beans were VERY good, fries were good and the mac&cheese was decent but al dente.Service was excellent. Lunch was $40 with tip. Probably wont be...
