Charlie's Ice Cream

Came here 10/14/25 @7 pm and they are closed!

most rudest service i have ever received in my life. two very young girls working with no customer service at all. i ordered two sugar cones and received waffle. and when i got my second ice cream i went to grab it and the very young blonde worker pulled back on the ice cream hard and slammed the window shut and the ice cream fell on the floor. i will never be coming here again after being treated like a worthless human. having these people represent your store is sickening.

Icecream is Always Delicious!!!

I was charged $7.50 for a small dipped soft server which I feel that I was charged incorrectly, did not argue or anything but felt like there was no recheck of the price

The soft serve peach and vanilla twist was delicious. They have a menu item called DOLE that sounds very interesting. Very helpful and friendly service.

We ordered several Charlie’s Super Square for a party. 24 slices for $23! Great deal.They came hot and fresh. Absolutely delicious! Everyone at the party raves about the pizza. We will definitely order again!

This place used to be highkey fire but then they raised the peices and a small cone is like 5 bucks and last time i went i got a snall cone and i wanted blueberry softserve but they were out and i was lile ok wtvr so i ordered mango instead but then i got my order it was literally all melted.. and i ordered a conw but it was sos melted that they put my ice cream soup into a bowl and stucky my cone in it and i was so depressed

One person, a male, was doing everything, taking orders and getting orders ready. It was somewhat busy. But he remained very calm and very friendly. He did a great job talking care of everyone. I've cream was great as usual.
