I walked into a flood. The snow melted and nobody cleaned it. I waiting in line in a flood for 15 minutes. I asked for a bowl, and they were out of bowls. I ordered chips and when I checked out I didn’t get my chips. I asked the cashier for my chips and he said that “you didn’t order chips.” I did order chips but he said I have to order them from him. So I did as he said just for him to say “we’re out of chips.” I went to get forks for the meal and they were out of forks.
Another experience I had I ordered an online pickup. Long story short I waited over an hour in half for my food. I showed them my code and they never got the order. This place was filled with people waiting over an hour for their food. They didn’t accept in person orders and only let DoorDash or online orders. The place was a mess with only 3 people working. Employee swearing in disgust. He was rightfully upset he did his best.
This place is usually pretty bad and some of the workers are rude. You can see some in the back slacking off and not doing their job. This place is usually pretty slow and they are always out of something, whether it’s food or forks or bowls etc. Not saying everyone there is bad but their service in generally is pretty horrible. Easily the worst chipotle in the world. At least the worst that I have been to. And of course it’s the closest near my house. Thanks for reading. This isn’t the only bad experience but I decided to send in this one.

So slow and never gets the order right
This place is in dire need of change. They had online orders only but we decided to stay and order online. There were maybe 2 people ahead of us and it took 20 minutes for them to make our food. The food was cold, rice was hard and they didn’t give me any chimichurri which they charge for. I went up to the counter to let them know I was missing it and they said they don’t have any oil so they can’t make it. It’s not a big deal but they didn’t let me know and made no attempt to make it right in any way. In the 30 minutes we sat there a lot of people walked in and left. I don’t know how this place is making any money.
***Note to current management. If this franchise is for sale let me know. I’d like to buy it and turn it into a 5 star establishment.

Needs new management or employees with some ambition. Rice was cold and undercooked. Chicken was cold. Workers moved slow and food took way too long.

Been going to this one for a while over the other one near me. Unfortunately they have went down hill from uncleanly inside. Never having half the things the offer. And unfriendly and inattentive staff. I went in tonight to order in person they were out of chips, steak, and chimichurri. They put tomato's unasked and didn't add the cheese after being asked. Will we not be returning again.

Staff was helpfull when the online ordering was down. Some staff do a great job but its hit or miss. And the store is on the messy side.

I would close your establishment down at 9 or all together at this point. Reason being, if you go here at 9 you will get told they are out of just about everything and they are not refilling it. The place is disgusting and the employees literally don’t care about anything. I have tried to give many chances but I can tell by all the reviews this place will never change.

I’ve never walked into an establishment this poor in my entire life. When walking in I was told “we aren’t serving in store today”, what do we just pick and choose when we want to work now a days? Is that how society works? Does McDonald’s ever say we aren’t open for business today? No. Just this dump. What a sorry excuse for a business and an embarrassment to the area. This franchise needs to be sold off to a new owner.

Not very clean. This place is a freaking joke. It started to get better back in march and april but since then its gotten worse. EVERY time you come in here there is only ONE person making burritos. So SLOW!!!! No matter who it is they are super slow. And if you do am online order its almost never ready on time. Even though right now im counting at least 4 other people here working all joning aroung behind the wall, Seriously stop hiring LAZY people. Everyone moves like they are in slow motion

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Literally the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to… idk why I ever go back. They never have all the food and the employees are the worst and most rude and lazy I’ve ever met.
