Came at 7:30 pm so I understood it was past dinner time and some ingredients may have run out. Didn’t expect half of them to be out. Chicken Al pastore, fajitas, corn all missing. Actually wish I had asked them to just put everything back. No ice in machine which seems to be a recurring complaint. Rice was bad. Tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. I’ve never left a food review before but I will here because that was a particularly bad experience.

It’s noon on a weekday. Restaurant doesn’t have any fajita peppers or onions and indicated they won’t have any all day. Sometimes deliveries don’t come in time. This is not the first location or circumstance with almost exact scenario

I was having problems getting my buy one get one free coupon on my phone. The young lady that was at the register went to her manager. I was standing there looking at her conversation with the manager and she said quote this lady is having problems getting this taken care of! She came back to me and said you have to be able to scan the coupon or something. I ended up buying the two burritos that I got I got one burrito and One Bowl. But I will not go back there again. The manager didn't even look up to see what she was speaking about. Bad service.

The rice was raw. The service was terrible. They left me halfway through the counter for like two minutes without helping me the place where you got forks and drinks and napkins was covered in trash, and the forks were everywhere and there were only forks

Before the pandemic, this location was slow and rude. For the most part, they are still the same regardless of management and staff changes. The food usually taste ok but they have had some major supply chain issues. Their orders are never ready and are always missing something.

The soda machine was broken and there was a sign on it. Well maintenance issues happen and this is understandable, the staff used the broken soda machine as an excuse for why they chose not to brew tea. In spite of this, they were able to still keep the fruit beverage stand running. The tie between the brewed tea and the soda machine does not seem to be clear, but I left disappointed after traveling out of my way to go to Chipotle.
Wish I could give it zero starts. This place is probably the most unsanitary and disgusting restaurant I’ve ever been to. Soda machine is broken. Out of stock on foods. Napkins and food littered all over the ground and tables. Serving station was disgusting. Everything was all over the place. Found beef in my queso. No lids for the bowl so they were wrapped in tin foil. The alert went off for glove change and wash hands and not a single employe budged from where they were. Only spoons no forks. The scene in the bathroom was horrendous. I honestly have no idea how this place is still open. At least maybe hire a custodian? Or just change management all together. Heard three other groups of people complaining about the cleanliness while there.

I wish I had the option to give this place 0 stars but unfortunately the lowest rating I can give is a 1. This place is no where near a 1 star review.We stopped at this location on our way back home from a 12 hour roadtrip, all I wanted was a delicious burrito from chipotle. We walked into the location and 1 they had no fajita vegetables and 2 no vinaigrette, already at a bad start. The floors and tables … absolutely ATROCIOUS. There was food all over the tables floor was sticky it was just horrible. Do not even get me started on the food station… It was horrendous. If you have allergies or if you can get sick from cross contamination i definitely do not recommend coming to this location. There was every type of meat juice dripping all over the counters, dried up queso, shriveled up pieces of corn, just absolutely horrendous. It genuinely hurt my soul seeing that the side of my tortilla touched the counter as it slid across. I was amazed I didn't get some type of disease like E coli or salmonella from how filthy that counter was. Then not to mention, there was no soda machine or ice, your only option was room temperature lemonade or over priced bottled drinks. And the bathroom?? Lord I don’t even want to talk about what I saw in there. I walked in and IMMEDIATELY walked back out. And this is specifically to the person that wrapped my burrito… please consider working at a different place, clearly working at chipotle is not your specialty. As soon as I picked up my burrito it completely fell apart it was honestly the last straw to this whole experience. My entire day was ruined. I genuinely do not know how this place passed inspection after what I saw that evening. I love chipotle so much and its honestly one of my favorite food places but after my experience here.. may not be my favorite anymore. It is such a shame honestly.By the way I am not a Karen by any means but I do not play when it comes to my chipotle & I have never had such a horrible experience at a chipotle.

This was the most disgusting Chipotle I have ever visited. The counters and work stations were all covered with food. The food bins were nearly all empty. The dining room was filthy with all tables dirty and overflowing trash cans, and the restrooms with unsanitary.Quesadilla cheese was not even melted.We will never retuen to this location.
