Shoutout to Brett who made my day! I stopped for a quick iced coffee while out running errands and was blown away by his customer service. His enthusiasm and peppy demeanor totally turned my day around. He even recommended a fun drink for my next visit (hot chocolate + coconut syrup, which apparently tastes like an almond joy) that I can’t wait to try out! I rarely order from Dunkin but today I decided to change things up. I stopped and got a coffee sandwich and some donut holes. I know their sandwiches are microwaved so I don’t expect them to be very good today, It was like eating a stale bagel with a soggy piece of egg. The hashbrowns tasted like a dirty toaster oven. My donut holes were stale definitely from yesterday. At least the coffee was good. This is probably the third time that I’ve gotten stale donuts from this location....

Dunkin' has really good avocado toast! Generous portion of real bacon crumbles and everything bagel seasoning, on top of a crisp, chewy whole grain toast. Bonus: they serve it all day, unlike Panera who only serves it for breakfast. Go to Dunkin'!
