The service is excellent! The employees are always very friendly and professional! The food was lacking in quality and freshness. The chicken is sopping in oil and the last few visits we have to throw the bottom pieces in the bucket out because they are ruined, saturated in oil. The last few visits our sides didn't taste as fresh as they normally do. Definitely something off

I went to the drive through and ordered a chicken breast in original recipe. I paid and received no receipt when I got home there was a thigh in the box. I tried at least 20 times to call the restaurant with no answer. I have gone to this KFC for years and now it’s going down hill. I will not be going back to this KFC.

I try to called my order in, nobody answer the phone. I tried to order online, could not used my coupon. I had waited 30 minutes for my order, when I went restaurant and ordered my order. Because nobody would answer the phone. I finally got my order and taken it home and they got my order wrong. I ordered corn, and got macaroni and cheese.

Terrible!!! Stopped going there cause always have a bunch of younger employees which we know how that is!! And the drive thru!! Omg! Always forgets things you order! And takes days to recieve your food! Cause either their playn on phones! Tick tocing or watever!! Then when you try and call ask for management it seems everybody is the boss! ( call about replace what didnt get)! But wen go back nothing written down or tastes old or like 3days ago!! Few months back said they ran out of chicken?? Crazy!! BUT STOPPED GOING FOR THOSE PLUS REASONS! Then alot of times you cant even order insjde to atleast do it correct but locked!Kid-friendliness: THEY COULD CARELESS ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS! AND TRUST ME TAKES ALL DAY! ITS LIKE THEY HAVE TOO GO OUT AND GROW THE CHICKEN IT SELF & YOU GET IT WEN YOU GET IT? And yes ive called several times to main and no changes!

They forgot my drink ? I had to wait for fries so there was no reason that it should have been forgotten. I didn't even think about it until I got home. That being said, the bowls are a good filling dinner for under $7. We miss the Nashville Hot!!!
