Now before I start- this is a terrible review and I hope it was an onomoly.
We got there and waited 35 min before ordering inside and there was no line. No one greeted us or anything. I wasn't in a rush and honestly wanted some finger licking good dinner. Terrible service. My order was marked as ready in the app even though it wasn’t. When I went inside, the employee said they were out of chicken tenders and didn’t seem to care. No apology, no solution, just poor customer service. I won’t be coming back to this location.
Use to work at a KFC years ago... Food isn't as good as it used to be. This store could use some maintenance. Every surface in the bathroom was sticky.

KFC offers excellent service with friendly and professional employees, including an awesome supervisor who greets customers with a smile and helps them save money on their meals. However, the food quality and freshness have been inconsistent. The chicken has been overly oily, and sides have sometimes lacked freshness. There have been issues with ordering, including forgotten items, incorrect orders, and issues with the app, which can lead to missing items like drinks and sauces. Despite these problems, the bowls are a good value for under $7, providing a filling dinner option.
