i always come here for breakfast or when i feel like having comfort food and the banana bread :D Country biscuit breakfast was really good. the bacon was not crispy so if you like it crispy you might want to let them know.
Watching more experienced server, while training a new hire, offer customers more coffee and checking on them, while the cooks seemed to be overwhelmed at 9 am. Long waits between placing an order and being served. As I sat and wondered if my server was taking care of customers on the other side of the restaurant, oh no I could see him behind the counter engrossed in something other than serving customers. Must have been an off day at Bob Evans in Monroeville. Ordered family meal of turkey and dressing with sides of mashed potatoes and coleslaw. We had to throw the coleslaw away because it was so awful. Didn’t taste anything like their usual recipe. Disappointing. We are usually very pleased. Also, it sure would help if the employees would smile and at least pretend that they enjoy their job. Especially after they surpassed the pick up time by 15 minutes
