I can't say enough about the entire experience from planning the party, the service, the food, the drinks, the event space, the management staff. Just everything. He made us feel welcomed,and he was attentive to our requests.The food was hot, fresh and made just the way we ordered it. My chicken noodle soup was hot and delicious with plenty of chicken, carrots and noodles.Parking: Plenty of free parking with a clear sidewalk and a wheelchair accessible walkway to the entrance.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of high chairs, children's menu and space to eat .Wheelchair accessibility: This unit is spread out so that it is wheelchair accessible throughout the unit.“
“Xia's is a lovely establishment with a great staff and ownership. Chef Joy and her husband Bo <sp?> are very personable and accommodating. I held the repast for my father's funeral there in January 2024, and they could not have been more kind. The food was great, and the facility was lovely and well-maintained. There was ample parking, and it was all hands on deck when my family arrived to put the finishing touches on set-up. The young servers were very affable. My family and I were quite pleased overall. We hope to use Xia's again for a more cheerful reason.I do have minor criticisms, such as the inconsistent hours, the lack of knowledge among some staff members regarding catering specifics, and the difficulty contacting anyone to discuss them. That said, the team made every effort to overcome those shortcomings. I'm confident that once they grow a bit more and secure more staff, all will work out swimmingly.For the record, I HIGHLY recommend the baked macaroni and cheese. “This location is pretty decent. The service is very friendly. The food isn't bad, there's just something missing. The ribs were a tad dry and the brisket was a little fatty. Still good and I'll return at some point. Just seems below the standard set by my first experience at Mission Bbq in Canton Ohio. Also if possible, please get the South Carolina golden zing bbq sauce at this location.“
