We ordered specials, stuffed cabbage and mashed potatoes (real) and chicken BLT, which was a salad. Everything was good. Hands down the best chicken fingers I have had. “Big portions, home cooked food. We go once every few months and I've never had a meal I didn't like. The French onion soup and the pecan balls are my favorites. Their pizza crust is probably the only thing I avoid; it's not bad, but it's not good.“

“I don't drink so I don't frequent bars often. This is the 2nd time in a year I've stopped her, it was my birthday and just didn't want to be alone.
The young lady bartender happened to be the same one from like 6 months ago.

She recommended the Peach Margarita and it was delicious. Drank two and had a decent buzz going.

I waited for my food and when it came, it was flawless. I mean, for bar food.....its bar food but that shit was actually phenomenal.

All in all.....this young lady bartender makes me feel so welcome and not a bother at all..I would go back just because whoever that girl is on this 9/30/24 evening around makes me feel welcome and like she's happy I'm there.

Their wings are fantastic.

Edit: to put it in perspective, I first went to Carl's (nothing against Carl's).....i ordered a Guiness Draft and she must've heard Yeungling(spelling), so she gave me a glass of Yeungling. I'm too nice to say she messed up, I started to think maybe I did say Yeungling BUT HATE IT Why whould I say it? I don't even drink.

So my pathetic self sat there and tried to drink it. I took 3 or 4 sips, left a 2 or 3 dollar tip and walked out with nowhere else to go. Then I remembered how nice the bartender was at RoseCliff.....and could you believe, IT WAS HER AGAIN.

I've been married 18 years and I'm sure I'm much older than her so it's nothing weird like that but she is naturally kind and doesn't make me feel dumb because I'm not an alcoholic that knows about all the alcohol.

Whoever she is......pay her. Keep her. I don't know her name but I'm the guy that came in alone and got 2 peach margaritas, French dip and 6 wings to go. I added the "well done" to the wings late after I already ordered and them wings WERE PERRRRRRRRRRRRRFECTLY overcooked. No joke. Gotta bring my daughter next time (adult daughter)“

“Highly recommend! We brought our whole baseball team here today for lunch. Checked ahead with the staff and they were so accommodating. When we arrived they were all set up for us, super organized and easy going. The food was delicious as well. Overall a total win. Skip the chains and support this gem of a local business.“

“Love this local place. Great "bar" food. Wings are the best anywhere. And the buff chick dip is yummy too. Only thing that affects negatively is when the door to the bar (smoking) area is left open or opened frequently because that smell comes through dining area. But still love this place. If you're offended easily, this is not the establishment for you.Ham BBQ sandwich was delicious and filling. The side of fries were an actual side, not overflowing to make up for poor food quality.Wait staff was pleasant and accommodating. I will be coming back.My only critique, the floor cleanliness needs to be improved. I didn't notice until going towards the restroom that the tiles could be ivory white or better. There's a section of high traffic carpet that needs cleaned, as well.

“Love this little friendly place! Owner Janet is so kind and very friendly. The food is home cooked and very good. Her homemade cakes and pies are excellent. The throw back decor inside takes you back to childhood. She also loves dadchunds and dogs of all sorts...“

Early planning with HelenBergman was a joy!! She was very helpful, eager to please and accommodate us in any way possible. The food was outstanding, hot and delicious!! The buffet was refilled quickly and efficiently. The wait staff on a scale of 1-10 deserved a 100 +. From the moment we arrived they were so eager to assist us in placing the programs at the tables, setting up our floral arrangements and getting whatever we needed! To Byron, Dalaney, Angie, Jake and Tyler ….you were so professional yet down to earth! Kudos to each and everyone listed above for a job well done!! If you are looking for a place to have an event consider the Rock Run Inn. You won’t regret it!!!“

“we stopped there on Sunday July 28th around 530ish. the place was packed! our waiter was Alfonso and he was absolutely wonderful! our food took a good while because of the large parties there,but he kept coming back apologizing and checking on us. “We ate here tonight and the service was amazing. Bri or Bria was our waitress and she was one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had. There were about 16 of us all together and she took really good care of us. Constantly kept an eye on our drinks. We never had to ask for a refill. She was always smiling and even sang happy birthday to my special needs niece who we were there for celebrating. We all hung out for a while after we ate and never felt rushed which is what I really liked. Thank you for the wonderful service and great food. We spun the cool wheel for my nieces birthday for a prize.“

“This medium size restaurant has a 60 plus year history at this location. The decor was very nice, the food really good. The blue cheese burger was in the top two she'd ever had, my wife. And they were perfectly cooked. And I have to say that Jenna was an awesome waitress!! Yes, we will be back.“

“I usually love eating here and understand that it gets very busy. However, they do not run reservations well. I checked in 30 minutes after making my reservation. My quoted time was 40 to 55 minutes. We waited an additional 30 to be told that I wasn't checked in properly. Waited a total of an hour and 20 minutes and still was not seated.“
