“We dined there for the first time this week. We told our waitress, Katie, that we had never been and she went above and beyond to give us an amazing experience. Our drinks were constantly refilled and the appetizer hot pepper cheese balls were delicious. She recommended the cheese bread sticks (they were so good!) and we thought the pizza (pepperoni sausage mushrooms) was outstanding. Thank you Katie for being so attentive. We will definitely be back Shelly Pie!“

“Been getting Casey’s for close to 20 yrs, never had a problem with there service or there food. If someone has a problem with them then I think you’re just being spiteful and ungrateful. Not every place caters to just one customer, respect the fact that they are a pizza place not a restaurant and be patient or order somewhere else“

“For six years I have been looking for a new favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh since my old favorite one closed. I have never found a place that had the perfect food and atmosphere I was looking for until I entered Lilith last night. Everything about this restaurant is phenomenal. The service from being greeted to the absolutely awesome server we had was excellent! The food had a wow factor rarely found in Pittsburgh. I’m not usually a huge fan of how vegetables are cooked most places and the veggies in my dish just blew things out of the water. You could tell they were fresh and local too. The fish I had was just amazing. It was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Needless to say I will be back again and again now to experience more culinary delights!“

“We were at Thunderbird this past Sunday for a concert. We brought our 6 year old so she could see her favorite artist perform. While we were there, one of the security staff came over to us multiple times to make sure we were okay with our daughter, offered to take us to a different side of the venue that they made more room after the opener and other kids were there. My kiddo doesn’t like crowds, so we stayed in the back near the steps. Throughout the night, this gentleman came over to us several times just to check in. He also cleared the steps of people standing in front of us so our daughter could see better. I wish we got his name, but he was wonderful. None of us asked him to do that or asked for any special treatment, but the fact that he came over several times to just check in was incredibly nice and such a meaningful thing to do for us as a parent. There was also a girl security guard that had cigarette earrings that was very kind too. Great first experience overall.“

Every dish was full of flavor and the textures were all beautifully done. Even the bread basket was amazing with maple butter. It felt like a 5 star dining experience for a reasonable person. And being able to peruse the Beer Cave for just the right microbrew or rare import makes this an easy choice for an affordable dinner out, with friends, or solo at the bar where the bartenders take good care of you.“

“If you want better fresh cut fries than Kennywood, Bar 48 is it. Their wings and ranch are top notch; it’s the only place I order wings from. Their owner Katelyn does an amazing job of planning many fun events and her personality brings people together!“

“Jody B's has been a family favorite for years now. It's a reminder of what great restaurants were like years ago. I take my mother there as often as possible. She's quite elderly now and the staff is always very patient and accommodating. We appreciate them hope to continue dining there for years to come.“

“Love the food. Had the chicken Parmesan half hoagie last night with fries. I get a side of their hot sauce to dip my fries in. It is very spicy and most people probably can’t handle it but it is one of my favorite sauces and I always get it for tenders or fries.

Bri is the best bartender, Gwyn is a close 2nd and the owners are so friendly. Love it!“

“The food was good. This was our first visit so it was tough to make a choice with so many terrific sounding options. We ordered the wild-berry waffle and the special Cajun/gumbo waffle. I am always excited when there is a Bloody Mary on the menu but when I attempted to order one I was told they were out of vodka. Boo! Also my Cajun waffle arrived at the table without the raspberry topping and I had to ask for it to be added. I’d gladly try this place again if we are ever in the area while they are open.“

“We needed a place that had power during the wind storm to feed our kids and actually called asking if they had a kids menu they said yes and even told us what was on it over the phone. We ended up going the kids got chicken, fries and applesauce. Husband and I got salmon and swordfish both vary good, the bread was good,my salad was good husband said the house dressing was a little strong but still good. The waitresses were all great and super friendly. Even the customers were all friendly. The place is a little pricey though so be prepared but worth it for the price, the amount of food and the service. We'll be back!“

“Inndigo Blue is a nice restaurant. The menu is somewhat limited, but the food was excellent. I had a cup of French onion soup and a chef's salad, both of which were quite good. My server (Kimberly) was helpful and very pleasant. She was appropriately attentive to my needs without being in any way intrusive. I live about 4 hours away and was here on business staying at the Comfort Inn (attached). I don't know when/if business will take me to this same address again, but for a simple, tasty dinner, Inndigo Blue is a winner. Thanks!!“

“Rocky’s had a Friday night buffet of Polish food, and the selection and quality of the food was first rate! We just happened to see the flier on Facebook so we decided to check it out. It was our first time here. I finished my meal with a retro banana pudding with Nila wafers and cream. Delicious nostalgia! The buffet had several kid-friendly options, so at $14 a person, this would be a great place to bring the family on Friday night. Next Friday’s theme is Italian night, and I can’t wait to try Mary Anne’s dishes. She is amazing!“

“Was in a real predicament when caterer for daughters wedding did not show up, these folks did not hesitate when I called to provide me as much as they could quickly. The chicken was delicious, the guests said they were glad the other place did not show up😁they truly helped me salvage the night. Class act and awesome food.“

“Very nice resteraunt to get a snack and drinks. The prices were reasonable and there are plenty of seats to eat or take with you. The food was hot and fresh. No problems with the food, the service was good. There were several schools there, so kinda hectic, but other than that, it was very good, and it's right when you enter the zoo.

My order arrived exactly as I ordered it and they didn't miss any of the sides. They have a huge selection of desserts and I got the sweet potato pie, it tastes like my 95 yr old grandma from Tennessee made it! Get the homemade healthy green tea drink, you won't be disappointed! The portions are huge... but I'm most impressed with the more flavorable twist on traditional hibachi. ❤ keep it up. I found a new spot!!“

Cornerstone is a bit overpriced for portion size but not extremely.
The service here is lacking for me. There is just a snobbish aura from the staff who only seem particularly interested in their regular, repeat customers. New customers seem to be treated with covert flippancy. Therefore, I probably won't be back unfortunately.“

“the facilities are great, museum carriage House gift Center conservatory Clayton tours. don't waste your time at the cafe. did not feel welcome there too many policies that are inhospitable. policies that are not welcoming. also the manager is rude and Ben's the policy rules for certain people in certain groups. also don't believe the menu they post I thought the menu you'll get when you go in. it's a little overpriced for what's offered. the food is fairly average nothing outstanding it can't be made in your kitchen. plan to go to the property do the tours and museum and then you'll find better restaurants more hospitable off property in the area.“

“I usually love eating here and understand that it gets very busy. However, they do not run reservations well. I checked in 30 minutes after making my reservation. My quoted time was 40 to 55 minutes. We waited an additional 30 to be told that I wasn't checked in properly. Waited a total of an hour and 20 minutes and still was not seated.“

But totally worth it. Love the roof top. Took my HS son for lunch and then another time for dinner with friends. They can also host private events, something to consider. Not handicap friendly. If you can definitely check it out. Kids okay during the day, I wouldn’t do evenings. Gets crowded and more of a bar scene.“
