First time ordering food from here. I ordered the Plate with chow mein, fried rice, and rangoon as an appetizer. Unfortunately, the rice and chow mein were so dry it was clumping together and also sticky in my mouth. The rangoon were also dry, and the filling had a sour taste. I've had rangoon where the filling was somewhat sweet.
I was hoping for better food. The orange chicken was very salty. I like salty, so that is saying a lot. Very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Some of the people who work at the Monroeville location are very friendly and helpful but some are extremely lazy and rude and every time I come here they are out of something or wouldn’t break my hundred dollar bill and the fact that they don’t have any soy sauce is the final straw you’ve lost a consistent customer I’ll never be back to this location again

Ordered to go, great friendly service!! Food , just ok. Walnut shrimp was very dry, actually , all the dishes were dry. I did drive through, I’d go in next time to customize my order.
Not bad for Chinese fastfood. I am obsessed with the cream cheese rangoons! It is the only place I can find them without crab in them. Ideally, like anything,) they are better made fresh rather than kept warm under a heat lamp. The Beyond orange chicken has a hint of spice without being too overpowerful or giving that uncomfortable "your lips are going to burn off" feeling lol
