My husband stopped by to grab the family meal today around 4:50. Had to wait until 5:00 for someone to bring it out. He ordered 3 orange chicken, 2 rice, 1 noodle. When we went to eat it was only 1 chicken, 4 rice, and 1 noodle. He tried to call and 3 times the automated voice told him there was no one to take his call and hung up on him. Very disappointing. Expensive to not get what you ordered and have no one pick up the phone. Be sure to check your orders!
Update: He went back today to explain what happened and they gave him 2 new chicken. Appreciate them making it right.

Spring rolls were actually hot and tasted good. Orange chicken sauce is 99% sugar, 1% “orange.” Absolutely sickeningly sweet. Lo Mein was chewy, dry, and obviously old.

We went to this Panda Express after finishing a long day of moving in. Looking for something fast but with some redeeming nutritional value.
Got there at 9:30pm they were out of almost everything. All they had was fried rice broccoli beef and “some” walnut shrimp. We were so hungry it didn’t really matter. When we tasted the walnut shrimp it had a strange taste, can only describe it like it had been on a dirty surface like the floor. When trying the rice it tasted soapy. So we ate the broccoli beef which was cold. This is the worst Panda Express location I have ever been to.

Wasn’t ready on time, inedible egg rolls fried to an oil burnt char, out of sauce okay nbd not your fault. What about the other 3 kinds Guess they are out of everything but soy sauce and sweet n sour. I remember why I stopped going I wish I didn’t throw those egg rolls away just so I could post the pic wasted $60 on fake Chinese food

I wish I would’ve remembered to take a picture but everything was too good it didn’t last long! Everyone was so nice. Asked us how we were, loaded up our plates, everything was stocked and refilled quickly. It was almost surprising how nice everyone was compared to say Chipotle nearby where they don’t care if you live or die. Thank you for a delicious dinner at a reasonable price! We look forward to coming back!

I went there 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday through drive thru. They were really chill and no issues. Food tasted well.

Came in at 845 pm. When they're advertised open until 1030. Half the bar of options were empty. People were standing on the grill cleaning. The staff was rude and unbothered by the frustration. I eat here all the time and now I will never be back. Pass.

This was a great experience. I have a severe allergy to seafood. The manager Adam overheard; and explained that everything is possibly cross contaminated. Expect from the noodles and teriyaki chicken. Which I completely decided to try
Nathaniel the food person was phenomenal and super nice, and friendly. Maddie the new shift was super pleasant. And the overall experience was the best I have experienced in a very long time in any establishment. I really appreciate the kindness and and the great energy they have at this restaurant. Please keep them around.
