Edit 8/21/25: I got a delivery order today and there was a piece of PLASTIC IN THE MAC AND CHEESE!
What happened with the coffee menu? They haven't had any of the espresso/frozen/speciality drinks available for well over two months. I like to stop here for lunch after my massage appointments but there's no coffee!

The server was rude!! The food was light & i had ordered a steak hoagie and there was barely any meat on it. chocolate chip cookie wasnt fully cooked

Ordered on line and app said 9:36 for my pickup time . When I got there I got a notification at 9:40 that said order is running behind . At 9:46 app said food redy for pick up but my order was not sitting on shelf ,At 9:58 I had to start asking people about my dam order. Person said your food is ready but my coffee wasn't sure. Person brought my order out my coffee just warm and my food cold. Why just why if my order was running behind is everything cold like it's been sitting on the side like it was forgotten. Not happy at all about this.

Big spacious place, friendly and attentive staff, food was excellent and prepared very nicely and quickly. Saw a lot of regulars and people just sitting around enjoying their meal and quiet time.
Takes 40 mins to make a sandwich and no one at the register for 5 mins....

I worked at panera when covelli enterprises used to own it and it had standards. Went to get lunch with my son and was told it would be 40 minutes for a bacon turkey Bravo. That is insane. The prices keep going up and the standards have dropped drastically
