Service here was abysmal, rude servers and dirty floors, WC and tables. Don't recommend this particular Panera.

This Panera is situated in a higher population area and has a high demand for orders, but even with that caveat, it is one of the slowest Paneras I’ve visited, even during non-peak hours. I’ve ordered a smoothie on the app during non-peak hours and have waited 20 minutes beyond what the app estimated. The lunch rush is pretty busy (what I waited through today), and while they’re cranking out orders, it seems like a challenge for a small staff to meet such high demand.
Pretty standard Panera food, small portions and pretty expensive but good for a treat or when they send out coupons.
They have a large dining area, and plenty of people are set up with laptops working.

complete trash place. when you order they don't tell you it's an hour wait.
Their tomato basil bread is the best. Also their soups, and desserts. Coffee is the best. Especially Hazelnut.

Both times I dined here the young lady preparing and placing the food on the counter was extremely dismissive, rude and unhelpful. The older ladies running the register were sweet and helpful. Pleasant atmosphere but the service from the younger staff is horrid.

One young lady is doing most of the work, and the other staff members are standing around, unassistive to the young leader. The team needs a meeting to increase production.
Soup was great but luke warm. We were given the wrong pastry but she made things right by giving us the correct pastry.

Made the mistake of going here on a whim for lunch. Waited 40 minutes for our food to be ready. It was all made right, and tasted great (not quite worth the price, but where is any more?), but the wait time was unbelievable. If I'd known the delay before ordering I would've gone somewhere else. Staff was apologetic and doing their best to handle the demand.

Panera is not at all what it used to be. They canned the bakers so they could save a few bucks. Everything comes out of a bag reheated or microwaved. Portions are pitiful.
I love the food and the coupons...service is excellent

The bagels were really good. Asiago bagel had just the right amount of flavor. I got it delivered so I can’t judge atmosphere but it was on time so they had to have it ready for the driver on time. My only complaint is the new cream cheese that Panera is using. I don’t even mind that it’s a smaller amount for more money. The new cream cheese is tasteless. I’m stopping my weekend bagels until the old stuff is back.
