Food is generally good. Classic hibachi, that includes a show and great food. The price is solid so the quality but my only problem is the quantity. The number of times I get a smaller portion of food than what I paid for is frustrating. I will go and get half the portion of the other people sitting at the table. I just want a fair portion instead of getting much less than others. I ordered shrimp and for some reason, others at the table who didn’t order shrimp got shrimp. Anyways,...

We waited at our table for an hour... un satisfactory. No, it was not 40 minutes or 50 minutes... it was an Hour.
Oh and wait... it WAS NOT a Friday or a Saturday! It was Monday.
And they got my order wrong... so recommend listening to cook read orders out loud. Waitress admitted it was her mistake and had kitchen make some shrimp for me. Sadly, it will be taken home and eaten cold.

No hibachi restaurants are by any means authentically Japanese, and this Saga place is not an exception.
The tempura noodle I ordered had a soup base that I never encountered before, and frankly it wasn’t great. They should send their chefs to my home country of Japan and let them taste the real food.
