This is the worst store and worst customer service I have ever received. That old lady always sit on her chair and don’t even responds to the customer and if she made a sub then it will be the worst. Employees are really rude and arrogant .

My goodness, the grilled chicken sub was delicious. The chocolate chip cookie and the double chocolate cookie was nice and chewy too. 😊👍😋 And most of all, that Subway in Monroeville is nice and cozy.

Not only is this place empty if no one's in it, which is not normal for a subway. The owner was mean and rude. I asked him if he accepted coupons, and he just snapped at me and said, can't you read? So there's this little sign and uh, in front of the glass, no coupons. Hey, you know what just coupons? According to their corporate office said They should be honored by my Subway stores. It's a promotion this guy here, oh my God, I will never step foot in the Monroeville, Subway again, the place was dirty. It was empty though. Then I can see why I would not waste my time going there. Do not go. Did I support this organization? Then I hope Subway closes down this store. I have nothing positive to say. It's all negative. This isn't the first time my son. Mentioned, he had a problem with this same location.
I thought he was exaggerating, but if anything he was being nice, do not go here it will ruin your evening

The staff are always very kind and take great care in making the food just how you want it. I’ve been there so many times that they know my order, and that level of attentiveness and genuine care for the customers is something not easy to find nowadays. 100% recommend this location as the best around!

My family and I had a server named Matt, he was by himself after a huge storm that took out the power, once the power came on he had to stay and make sandwiches. Excellent sandwiches, great attitude. However he should not have been alone.

They left the salami off of the cold cut combo. They didn't have wraps, even though they were listed on the menu. Both toilets were "out of order." Several dining tables had crumbs, and the floor needed swept. Sloppy paper sign taped to entrance said, "No paper coupons accepted." What's up with a franchise not taking brand coupons?

I've lived in the area for several years now and I've been struggling to find a Subway that is clean, fast, and gets my order correct.

I'm not sure if this Subway is under new management, but around 2 months ago, I started ordering from here and I have to say, not only is the restaurant itself clean, but they always get my order correct. I often order on the app for pick-up and it's ready every time I order.

Thank you to the employees working there, you've been doing a great job lately!

Everything was fine, except while making my sub, they stopped and made the guest who was after me, they made that person's sub, before finishing mine, and got seasoning and dressing from their sub on mine, and the two sandwiches touched.

Rather than make the employee remake my sandwich, I just accepted it, paid, and threw the sandwich out. If I wanted pepper and mayo on my sandwich, I'd have asked for it. It was my mistake though, should have gone somewhere else.
