Wish I could give 0 stars. The rudest employees ever. I thought at Subway you could add as many toppings as you want, the employee told me that I could have only a limited amount. Then proceeded to put one more olive every time I asked for more. When asked for more ranch she just poured 1/2 the bottle on the sandwich. And did not even wrap it up fully. Worst Subway I have been to ever. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Fire the owner and workers. Seriously.Should I also mention they shut the lights down on us while we were ordering at 8:55 and when it says they close at 9:30.

I continue to get this location chances, and every time they are terrible. The food is always decent and consistent but the service is horrible. Today I went in to place my order because last time I placed it online and the order was wrong. I tried using a coupon and the worker wouldn’t even look at it. She just said that they wouldn’t take it when they always take the coupons off online. I could have saved three dollars if I placed my order online but then I suffer the consequence of my order being wrong.

They closed at 8:45 when they were supposed to be open till 9:30. The girl was in there waving to me and saying she was closed. This is ridiculous! No one wants to work anymore.

Just visited this store.. I asked for a Subway club no roast beef and add pepperoni.. I get this sandwich here quite often and there's never a problem until today.. Ratika tells me she cannot do that it will be an extra charge.. I understand where she's coming from because I am taking something away and adding something. But I told her that the employees there need to be consistent because that never happens to me when I order that sandwich around lunch time. She proceeds to start Yelling at me in front of customers and making sure that she's getting her point across that I'm going to have to pay an extra $3.99. The problem wasn't that I needed to pay extra money it's just the fact that her customer service sucked and she was screaming at me which made me get loud with her in front of other customers. I apologized to the other customers that were there. She still tried to continue to argue with me until I finally told her in my loudest voice that I don't want her making my sandwich and that she better leave me alone. Then when I'm getting rang up the other lady that made my food forgot to ring up my two bags of chips. And then she remembered she forgot after the transaction on my card already went through. 2 huge mess ups and terrible unprofessional employees. Subway you need to do better.. you're just hiring people that have no customer service at all !!!Kid-friendliness: The worst employee Ratika.. she needs to be fired for yelling at a customer

My stepdad has had annoying experiences with ordering from Subway, so I decided to try to help him with ordering, as he's said it's very tedious. I regret this.The first thing they say when I ask for a protein bowl (which I've had trouble ordering from other Subways because the terminology doesn't match up with their training, so I instead said their training terminology, "large salad"): "What kind of bread would you like?" Now, I understand there's probably a 'corporate script' thing here, but I'm assuming that if someone says SALAD, they mean... not a sub, right? I'm also assuming that if someone says a SALAD, they would want lettuce and tomato and all the other stuff that is usually in a salad, right? Unfortunately, not, as I had to be asked each individual time (3 salads, so that's 3 times of repeating what I've said. After this visit, I think I'm permanently done with Subway.Also, good luck ordering from their website. It is perpetually slow and/or broken :)Vegetarian options: If you can have them comprehend what a salad is, then sure! There's vegetarian options available!

the old south asian lady with the bad eye liner is so miserable and rude. every time i go in there she doesn’t fail to make my friend and i’s experience there extremely uncomfortable. bad attitude and smart mouth i recommend everyone to stay clear of her!

Since when does Subway not accept coupons? Then made comments to my daughters about them getting toppings on their subs. Made my daughters feel extremely uncomfortable. I will NEVER return to this Subway again.

Went online and saw they deliver. Hadn't had subway for a while so we ordered online for delivery. Comedy of errors began. Requested contact less delivery leave at garage due to our dogs. Came to front door while I was at the garage. So we got our order. Both our sandwiches were disgusting. My tuna 12 inch had all the requested toppings that my wife requested for her 12 inch bmt. Her bmt had all the toppings I requested for my tuna. I'm done with subway.
