Food is usually right, but the pop machine is always messed up. Like in the past 5 visits, 4 times the coke zero has just been brown soda water. Do they never replace it or do I just have terrible luck?

Food was good, hot and fresh. Went through drive through to pick up my mobile order and the person was short but fine not a big deal. When I got to window a very young man was there, he did not greet me, he did not say hello, he did not even look at me. When my food was ready he handed the bag out the window and I took it, he did not say a single word to me at all. I don’t expect a lot from a fast food place, but a simple hello and a here you go would have been acceptable. If a customer is spending money with a business and you won’t even speak to them then that’s a problem. Seems like this young man should not be working here.

This is by far the worst place to get anything. This is not the first time they screwed up. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese meal on a crossient....received the bread with a mountain of mayo no cheese no bacon no seasoned potatoes. I was in a hurry gotvwhere I was going to find the greasy gross mess. Called the location and the woman hung up on me after telling me I should have looked at it before leaving. How about you do your job!!!! This location is a disaster and I will NEVER go there again. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Good food. Lady was quick. Big handful of ketchup is not 5- I would have liked at least 15. I'm disgusting let me wallow in my shame. No lie. Im a ketchup fiend. Also your peppermint frosty taste like Pepto bismol. Not enough peppermint flavoring. :(

Did not receive correct size drinks, let alone the correct drinks at all. Did not receive a receipt. Did not receive half of our food. The burgers we did receive were both completely wrong. This around 11:45am 10/31/2023. This is not the first time this exact situation has occurred at this location. Will be finding another location for lunch from now on. $38 for nothing. Waste of time and money.

Unbelievably slow service and the worst wendys ive ever been to the fries were crusted in salt and the baconator was inedible i put it in my dogs dish when i got home and he wouldn't touch
Used the dive-thru, girl was super friendly. Food was extremely hot and order was perfect.

Serving breakfast until 10:30am is a bad idea. At least go to 11:30. But why not offer breakfast all day? You'd get more customers. And who is eating burgers at 10:30am? I certainly didn't opt to have a morning lunch. I just went to another restaurant that was still offering breakfast. Very disappointed.

Went to try the new Loaded Nacho Burger and Queso Fries. Wait time wasn't too bad, but I got lucky since I was the only person at 9pm. Anyways the burger was good! Crunchy and flavorful also spicy but not overwhelming. The queso fries were nothing special. Tasted like artificial queso from a jar. Probably would've been better if they used the Pub cheese sauce like they used to have.
