On October 8, 2021 My wife and I were on our lunch break and we pulled into Wendy's (at 3990 William Penn highway Monroeville PA) randomly as we saw the dining room was open (Covid-19 had forced it closed for a while). We never ate there nor have we ever know anyone that has ever worked there.

The associates are loud in the kitchen and very unprofessional in terms of letting each other know if there is a customer waiting in the lobby to place an order, as well as the constant yelling coming from the kitchen. Very unwelcoming atmosphere in general.
Cool place to get fast food but stays real crowded and they get to the point when they only do online orders. What about the people who don't have the kind of cell phones where they can order online or senior citizens that just pulled up in line and sat there all that time to be told WE'RE ONLY TAKING ONLINE ORDERS. But other than that when they are functioning normally they are good 👍🏿
