Ordered pickup this evening. Called the store before placing the order to confirm how an item was made. Was assured it was made on a white pizza. Got home and was made on a red sauce. Called the store back and was immediately treated as if this mistake was my fault and told in order to be refunded I had to drive the pizza back. 1st time ordering delivery... experience has not been good at all. About 90 min. after placing out order I called to see the status of it, and was told it was on its way. 21 minutes later, we received a call from the store saying that the driver said they knocked, but no one answered, we were home the whole time.
Wouldn't common sense be to leave the food it that were the case, or the driver call the store and have them call us? Now the driver received a tip, for an order...read full review
Huge fan of their cheesesteaks….homemade bread, yummy! The pizza is awesome….always delivered hot, the girls are super nice and polite. Definitely recommend.
