only 1 lady working and was absolutely holding it down, even gave free donuts cuz if slight wait time, defenitly my favorite dunkin location in the area
Nice Dunkin' off of 309, people are friendly & on top of things. Friendly to me and mine every time we go there.
I've had mixed experiences at this location. If you go first thing in the morning on a weekday, the woman at the drive thru is very friendly and helpful. On the weekends though, I've had terrible customer service, long wait times for food and drinks, while watching employees on their phone for 10+ mins.

Dunkin' provides excellent customer service, with friendly staff who greet customers warmly and ensure orders are accurate. Despite some inconvenience with the one-way parking lot, the staff's attentiveness makes up for it. Orders are prepared flawlessly, and any mistakes are quickly rectified. The staff's dedication to customer satisfaction is evident, even on busy nights when they're short-staffed. Overall, Dunkin' offers a positive dining experience with a focus on customer care.
