I did drive thru and got the wrong order. I called as I was on the road. Was told next time I was in the would take care of my billThe next day they did without hassle. Very customer and service oriented!!
They have one young guy working tonight. Not only was he nice. He did our order flawlessly, and everything was perfect. While it being busy and being a one man army. This guy needs a raise, dunkin. I dont even know his name. But he made us happy.

I have never received customer service this nice at a Dunkin' before. I was greeted as I walked in and asked if I was picking up an online order (which I was) and directed towards the pickup area where another friendly face handed me my drink...which was made so perfectly! And then they both told me to have a nice day on my way out.
