Apon entering your staff was friendly...until I ask the young guy to change his gloves .. I have ordered multiple times a service is terrible... it's like biting teeth to make a bowl .. or sandwich.. but today.. I definitely was racially profiled by a guy there .. very disrespectful preparing my bowl ..

Been waiting almost 30 minutes now for my order…in that time I’ve noticed that all the tables are dirty at 11:45 AM, the staff is all rude and miserable, getting annoyed that people are coming in to order food (at a restaurant during lunch imagine that!) I wouldn’t spend another dollar here if it were the last food on earth! A sub above haha more like “sub par” ? order was supposed to be ready at 11:25 it’s now 11:53

This store was amazing when it first opened, ran like a well oiled machine. Now there are extremely rude staff and the place is DIRTY. The floor in the seating area is dirty and behind the counter there is food all over the ground. Today, I went in and got a sub it was very good. The staff here walked by me until one came out from the back to take my order. There was one of the staff eating their lunch with the food safe gloves on. Then picked up a dirty broom swept up something, then began making food all with the same gloves on. Not exactly sanitary.

My business orders from this shop several times a week. Mobile orders are extremely slow. What I do not appreciate is the rude staff. I was told I "could have just asked" to pay for my order when placed in the store. This was after standing at the cash register for several minutes and politely asking for my cup so I could check out, I do not appreciate being snidely told that I need to ask to pay for my food at a restaurant (duh), especially when someone is right in front of me at the cash register. This store is primarily ran by teenagers or college students who are miserable. At least pretend to have some customer service skills.

If you want your food quick, do not order online. I waited over a half an hour for my food .You will get your food so much faster if you just order it in store!

This was one of the best subs I've ever eaten. I can't digest bacon and they made sure not to include it in my sub. I got a regular which was about $10. Totally worth the price. I will come here again I'm so ecstatic about this food.

Food tasted very good despite the looks. I had encountered 3 employees. The one taking orders slicing the bun and meat looked like she was being held hostage. So miserable. Cut the bread so crooked it was almost laughable and made it hard to eat. 2nd girl who was putting on toppings was a little better and did what she could with that wobbly bread. Still looked miserable.I would not recommed to those with allergies to anything they serve due to the really messy slicer and counter. Cashier I suspect was the hostage keeper was much more friendly and engaging. Good enough I will try again because I'm hoping these girls were just having a bad day.
