I experienced an issue with my order and there were a few hiccups in getting the entire situation resolved, but at the end of the day, they made a promise to resolve it and they followed through.
If seems that there are some issues they are working to clear up and that they are trying to improve consistency and quality... and I can understand and respect that.
The food is really yummy and it’s nice to be able to customize so much of your sandwich, but the only reason why I couldn’t give it a higher rating is because it is really expensive. For a party of 3, we spent $75. Outside of the price, you really can’t go wrong picking Jersey Mike’s to eat!
