Lisa M. strikes again! She didn’t actually hit anyone, but she sure looked and acted like she wanted to. I was the first in my party to arrive and she begrudgingly slowly worked her way towards me to take my order. The martini was small, but fine, though it’s hard to screw up cold vodka. The issue arose when the rest of my party arrived to sit with me and not immediately order alcohol. Though the bar was practically empty, she made a such a fuss about the fact they were “loitering” in her space, they moved to one of the multiple empty tables away from the area she was patrolling, to avoid interaction with the angry old woman. 3 of the 5 were planning to order something, but chose not to so as not to reward poor service. I fly in and out of PIT multiple times per month and regularly have a cocktail here. This was my first bad experience. If I see her in the future, I will stay away. Lisa M. needs to find employment where she does not have to interact with other humans.
Bartender lady asked an amputee man to move from the seats that he was sitting on… in 5 in the morning… with only 4 people in the bar total. Find a new bartender that has human empathy.

Grumpy bartender who screams at the clients. Ma’am if you’re really upset about your job, simply find another one 😀

This bar has a great music and vibe for an airport. Very centralized as it's right in the center. Martinis are spot on and bartender Lisa is amaaaaaazing!

I didnt go but we were interested about the menu. She said the peanut butter espresso martini was $18. Definitely not a price I would pay. The bartender seemed nice tho.
Great drinks, service, and space!

Sarah H is amazing! The PERFECT bartender. She works a busy bar without missing anyone, drinks are spectacular and she is so kind and pleasant! Great start to my vacation. Thank you Sarah!!
Hope to see her in my upcoming travels, makes the airport tolerable 🙂

Didn’t even get a chance to order a drink cause the bartender was so rude and disrespectful definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Probably the worst service I’ve received at an airport venue. Took 10 minutes in a mostly empty area (more than 70% of chairs empty) to be greeted. The waitress was extremely rude at which point we just decided to go elsewhere. Plenty of other options. Head elsewhere.

Always stop here when at the airport! Rachelle is the absolute best!
Great service and fun vibes definitely stop for a nice drink
Abby was very nice. Good Margarita.
Interesting spot at the intersection of the different concourses. Construction messes with the vibe a little, but pretty good atmosphere overall! My bar tender was friendly and attentive, but based on other reviews, the quality of bartender seems fairly hit or miss. Surprisingly decent prices for food & drink at an airport! I think it is worth looking at if you are passing through
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was our first time visiting this airport, and we were immediately met by an older blonde-haired woman who looked like she was having a bad day and took it out on us. She rudely demanded all our IDs and then proceeded to mock our friend for “almost turning 40” when she’s actually 34. Strike one on customer service, but we decided to give her a chance. Big mistake. When we mentioned possibly leaving, she snapped and said she wouldn’t serve us. Hands down the worst experience I’ve had in this state. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other bar in this airport. They can’t be worse.
