Whoever the older lady is that works there taking drive through orders has got the worst attitude. Immediately driving up to the speaker her greeting is as if you are inconveniencing her. Terrible communication and customer interaction. She basically yells at you as your trying to order. You need to put someone else on the speaker.

Stupidest thing I’ve ever experienced. We all pay separately with separate orders. Only 3 mobile orders and the lady said she could only take 2 at a time. So we googled it while we were going back around and it’s a manager rule? Sorry it just doesn’t make sense it’s a waste of time and definitely feel like it would be more efficient to take all three 😂😂

I was in the bathroom when I witnessed the black woman who was on counter Sep.4th 10 a.m. walking into a stall, gloves on. not sure what she did in there but the fact that she walked out of the bathroom and right back behind the counter with the exact same pair of gloves on and continued working.... yeah the health department's getting a call about this one.

Ordered a decent size meal with some friends the cashier kept giving us the side eye they didn't make our food right and all out a bad experience here
August 2024: Food was great, but heads up the collector cups are plastic not glass. Was a bit of a let down.
June 2019 update (Sunday night june 16th): Nice facility, horrible service. The guy that took my order and payment was nice. The girl that brought me my milkshakes was a jerk. Practically dropped/threw milkshakes at me out window. I paused, but still smiled and said "thank you have a great evening". The response was an eye roll and the window closing. If she hates her job that much then I think she needs to find a new one. Wont be back to this mcdonalds and wont recommend to anyone.
First time back in the area in awhile. Service used to be horrible, but was amazing this past trip.
