I haven’t had any issues with this location until this morning. I got a venti iced brown sugar shaken espresso, my usual drink. I took the first sip and it tasted like sour milk. I try it again maybe thinking it was just me and I almost threw it up. I immediately call the store and tell the manager what happened and that the milk was also curdled. She said, “oh oat milk normally does that when you shake it with espresso.” I continue to tell her they need to check the milk they used. She said, “I assure you we check it every morning.” Clearly you do not. I did not like her tone and I didn’t like the way she responded after I literally drank spoiled milk due to someone’s negligence. She did not apologize once to me. I would not recommend going here unless you want to get sick.

I order delivery from this starbucks often when I don’t have time to run out myself. Everything is always great! Today an item was out of stock, so the barista replaced it with a duplicate of another item I ordered, which I really appreciate! I’d rather have two of something I know I like, rather than a random item they chose for me. Thank you guys for all you do!

Order a venti ice matcha with double matcha.Relieved a cup of milk with barely any matcha.She proceeds to tell me that as they were making it they ran out of matcha, so they couldn't put all of the matcha in what I ordered but they decided to give it to me anyway. (Why)I got a different drink but they didn't give me back the difference in money for what I ordered.

Slower than the economy turning around. Staff is friendly but my dead grandmother can service faster than this store. Over priced and any Starbucks supports Hammas and the Global take over of our planet. The company expects to get a glorious review while providing stupid service in return.

Best coffee in whole pittsburgh… this location has the best brew…I always get medium brew here, what a aroma… if it’s bitter they will replace it with new one.. no questions asked ..

This Starbucks needs new management. It takes over 20 minutes to get a drink. The poor workers do their best but they never have enough staff. This Starbucks is also always out of product. They run out of the seasonal drinks and advertised drinks on a weekly basis. Order more product.

Pumpkin cream cold brew made my entire day.

I waited 20 minutes for a tall mocha. I watched at least 20 cars in the drive through get their order with a quickness as well as people come in after me and get a bigger order before me. I went to cancel my order after they said they pushed my order twice but they said they were going to make it right then. I just don’t understand why it isn’t first come first serve. I was late for work due to this inconvenience. I’ll go to Dunkin’ Donuts before I go back there again in the morning.

TERRIBLE. don’t waste your time here. I ordered a coffee and banana walnut bread via mobile app. Been loyal Starbucks customer and app user for years. All said 9 mins until order ready for pickup. I was 10 mins away. Took 41 mins to get my very simple order. Bread was ice cold by time coffee came out. Several people ordering around me the barista said their “ticket didn’t print” which is apparently the only way the get alert d of mobile orders to actual make them. Girl in front of me was there longer than me! Place has no organization. Straight chaos. People standing everywhere. I will give the main barista credit she worked fast/hard making drinks 2 at a time both hands but still was the only one making drinks. She was not overly polite by any means and rather rude when I had to ask at 35 mins “where’s my coffee, my bread been here in the pickup line for 30 mins”. No offer of credit or free drink card. That’s unacceptable. Missed an appointment due to this and showed up 20 mins late. People can’t wait 40 mins for drive up drive thru or libel app for a coffee. If the app told me “come in 45 mins” I wouldn’t have went or ordered know this.Drive elsewhere it will still be better.

I think this place suffers from poor management. The poor kids working here are working so hard, just as fast as possible. There are twenty people waiting and tons of abandoned drinks on the counter from people who waited over half an hour and gave up. There was one person on bar, and I heard him beg the manager for help. The manager just snapped at him. Then she continued wandering in and out of the back room, casually cleaning the counters, once in a while taking an order or two at the counter. This happens here every few weeks and I'm sure it's down to poor organization. The people working here serving drinks couldn't be nicer or harder working.
