The bartender Ashleigh was absolutely the fastest bar tender that I seen in a long time. What sucked, NO FOOD. 2 THUMBS DOWN.

I felt like I was imposing on the staff to make a drink or order a sandwich. I saw 5 folks walk away because they were not greeted or served. However, the drink was good.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The absolute rudest bartender. I walked in as a paying (pregnant) customer, asking for ice to fill my yeti. I was told she couldn’t do that for sanitary purposes, which I understood. I then asked if it would be possible if she filled a cup of ice to avoid the sanitation issues. I already planned to leave her a tip and told her I would be happy to pay for it. She said “what” and I repeated myself. She rolled her eyes, turned around, filled the cup of ice aggressively and then slammed it down on the bar in front of me. Made a total scene for no reason. So much so that other patrons looked up and were making faces of shock. Completely rude and an embarrassment for this establishment.

Was thrilled initially to be in the airport when this was open however left disappointed. They used to serve Threadbare Cider at this Wigle location. They no longer due. The bartender told me she couldn’t give that stuff away no one wanted it. Extremely limited options if you have a gluten-allergy available in terms of food.

Manager needs to update hours of operations that accurately reflect their business. We went to the restaurant at 7:40 ish to order food. The only person working ignored us for 3-4 mins while we waited to see if they were servicing. She was super dry, short, and rude. She turned us away. The hours clearly state they close at 8, there is no where mentioning a last call. 20-30 min last call is excessive and should be communicated properly.

Open at 4am! And yes, they will serve beers that early. Good breakfast sandwich. Didn't try the whiskey, but it sounds good, local company. Had a great time talking to the bartender while waiting for my flight. Michelle is the best!!

This was my second experience at Wigle, and I will say the whiskey here is unique and delicious. This time I was hoping to try some of their food offerings. Unfortunately, the server never made it back to take my food order. In his defense, he was the only server working both the bar and dining area, which seems to be the norm here. What seemed strange and frustrating to me was the manger on duty who chose to work on bookkeeping right in the dinning area, even though the restaurant was quickly filling up with patrons. After finishing my drink I walked up to the bar to cash out. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place unless the headcount is low. Instead, try out Local Craft, which you’ll pass on your way down Concourse A to Wigle. It’s small and simple, but it’s comfortable and the offerings and service are excellent.
